Door originally installed less than a year ago by Precision so when I called to explain the problem (wouldn't shut all the way and stuck), was very pleased to know they would be out within 2 hours. Mike was on time, fixed the problem and checked everything else out. Very courteous and efficient.

I was impressed with the high number of favorable ratings as well as the high standing on Angie's List. It was also impressive to me that I called on a Saturday evening, knowing I was going out of town the next day, and finding out I could actually have the door repaired that same day. My repair technician was Keith Anderson. Keith was prompt, courteous, very helpful in explaining my options, letting me know what needed to be done and why, then giving me the cost breakdown. I'm very happy with the service I received and would not hesitate to recommend Precision Door.

Dallas came to house and did a great job at repairing my door. The springs and everything were rusted pretty bad and he could have easily walked away. An hour and a half later, one fixed door and one more thing off the wife grumble list!! :-)

Service was prompt and very professional. My technician was Scott Ward, he was an extremely knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and personable young man. He explained my options on the repair and what future repairs may be needed. Lightning had destroyed the board in the motor housing and he promptly diagnosed the problem and repaired it.

Excellent service and repairs by Lloyd Tanner. Lloyd contacted me to let me know when he would be arriving. Gave me three options for the repairs that were needed. Also gave multiple options for the garage door opener. Lloyd had everything on his truck to do the job that same day. No having to come back out. Explained everything and showed me the items that needed to be replaced and why. Lloyd was respectful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Precision to everyone.
