Fantastic service! My garage door spring broke and I placed the call for service. The repairman (Jeffrey Pinney) arrived within the hour and was very professional and knowledgable explaining what had happened and what the fix was. He presented several options and performed the repair very quickly. We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Precision.

Very speedy arrival, competent, professional technician. He explained options for repair (broken tension spring & bearings) and exact costs. Repair we completed in 45 minutes or less, as promised. He also completed a check list of potential problems, lubed moving parts, tightened chain, and restored the door to smooth function. My neighbors had a entire door replaced by Precision and referred me to them. I wouldn't call anyone else when I have garage door issues - many thanks!

He reset my garage door opener’s and he also sent my car to the garage door opener.
