The service technician diagnosed the issue quickly and gave me a firm price for repair in just a few minutes. He had the parts on the service truck and was able to install a new spring system on the spot. Total time was under 2 hours from arrival. The technician was courteous and gave several tips on maintenance of the overhead door I have installed.

We had a broken spring. Our technician was Christian and was very professional and helpful, we would highly recommend your company and will always use you when needed! He not only addressed the broken spring, but also check out everything else with our garage door and all components. He provided detailed options and explained everything very well and helped in our decision to have replaced what was needed and now have an excellent running system, of which includes a 3/4 horse powered Lift Master, better for our size and weight door than the old (12 years old) 1/2 horse powered unit, new springs, a very important bracket that was missing he also installed for us; rollers, new key pad and remotes (even took the time to explain how new system operates)complete great system, of which we feel very pleased about, so nice! We new our decision was the right one and know it will last. He was prompt, courteous and very efficient, a joy to meet!! Again.... thank you so very much!!!

Would rate Precision 5 star based on service and efficiency. No delay in obtaining a service, very efficient and knowledgable staff. New garage door opener installation was needed to replace an extremely outdated unit, technician was competent and took time to explain options, also took time needed to program all the cars and hand remotes - excellent service. Only negative was cost, could have obtained the opener at lower cost but would have sacrificed speed in addressing the problem and potentially service quality.

Initially I just wanted to replace my door opener, but he noticed I also had a broken spring. Joe did a fantastic job fixing both issues in a timely manner. I am very pleased with my new system, it runs very smoothly and quietly. This is the way a business should be run.

I thought the price was a bit high however the customer service, installation, professionalism and flexibility was unsurpassed. Absolutely excellent Precision went above and beyond to meet my schedule, explained everything in detail and had my garage door fixed within two hours on a Saturday evening. Even though the price was a bit high it takes money to provide the excellent service from the time I called to the time installation was complete and I am hopeful all parts were of high quality so overall I was very satisfied I needed springs and a new garage door opener

Today - the dumb movers packed in both of my garage door opener remote controls. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get a replacement in time before I moved. To my relief, the tech got here in a record time and replaced the missing remote controllers. Whew. Not only that, the day before, I finally got an electrician to install / add a plug outlet for the garage door opener... and to my dismay, the door wouldn’t open and close. The tech came by on the same day and explained to me about the “safety eye” and that it was blocked by a rake ... I had this “Duh” blonde moment. I learned something new here. LOL The Precision folks are the best.

Was able to come the same day as we called, replaced the garage door bottom seal. I asked about something and Matt showed me another outer seal that was the answer. Left to get it and was back within the hour to install that too. He did a great job and never tried to sell me more than what we originally called for. I would recommend this company.
