Precision Door seemed to be a large company, which usually indicates a history of reliable service. My only complaint was that the outside keypad that you installed is not working reliably. Will call when I have a chance.

The entire process from beginning to end was flawless. After my emergency phone call, Blake showed up 1.5 hours later (exactly when expected), diagnosed the problem, and presented my options with exact estimates. We chose our new machines, and he immediately replaced both. The entire job was done in less than 2 hours, and my husband and I continued on with our day. In addition, he programmed our remotes in our cars!!! Outstanding service!!

Door originally installed less than a year ago by Precision so when I called to explain the problem (wouldn't shut all the way and stuck), was very pleased to know they would be out within 2 hours. Mike was on time, fixed the problem and checked everything else out. Very courteous and efficient.

I was impressed with the high number of favorable ratings as well as the high standing on Angie's List. It was also impressive to me that I called on a Saturday evening, knowing I was going out of town the next day, and finding out I could actually have the door repaired that same day. My repair technician was Keith Anderson. Keith was prompt, courteous, very helpful in explaining my options, letting me know what needed to be done and why, then giving me the cost breakdown. I'm very happy with the service I received and would not hesitate to recommend Precision Door.

I have used Precision Door previously and contacted them again when I needed another service. Their technicians are very prompt, friendly, and quite knowledgeable at determining the problem and fixing it to perfection. My issue this time was under warranty, but in the past I found their price to be very reasonable for their quality work. I highly recommend them to anyone!
