I called on the morning of 10-27-2017 had service the same day. Brian my service tech was very nice and he knew how to take care of an old door that had many moving parts. He took care of it in about an hour and he alone did it. So glad to have door working better than it had in a long time. It cost me but they worked with me and that I very much appreciated.

Having lasted for over twenty years, my garage door opener was getting creaky and cranky. The precision service tech said he could still piece it together, but he thought it was time to put it in its final resting place. I agreed since the sounds it was making when opening and closing had me fearful that it might fall on the roof of my car. The tech said the door itself was one of hurricane strength and still in good shape so no need to replace the door. He did a wonderful job, including resetting the remote in my car and golf cart. And then, he cleaned up all signs of his being here but sweeping up the garage floor. Wonderful job, thank you.

REPAIR WAS COMPLETE AND FAST, BRYAN WAS FOCUSED ON THE TASK AT ALL TIMES UNLIKE OTHER VENDORS WHOM WE HAVE USED ARE ALWAYS ON THEIR PHONE. DOOR WAS REPAIRED AND WAS CAREFUL AROUND THE CAR THAT WAS TRAPPED INSIDE. THE COST WAS ON THE HIGHER SIDE BUT HE SHOWED UP ON TIME AND GAVE ME A WARRENTY.

Prompt appt and service, Richard was a knowledgeable and helpful tech. We had our garage door installed by Precision 21 years ago- never an issue, opener even still working and just needs a new track after all those years lol. Amazing, did not need a new door but called to get a price on a new hurricane wind loaded door and will be installing one soon. These days when you cannot even get a refrigerator to last more than 4 years its nice to know there are still people doing quality work. LOL I bet it will last another 21 years... Thanks guys. We were pleased the door was fixed however it felt as if the tech didn’t want to assist us. He kept telling us we could look up the instructions on you tube on how to reset the battery. Little does he know we had done that already before we contacted anyone. The garage door is set and we are happy about that.

I called to have our door looked at because it was making a lot of crackling/snapping sounds. Tech arrived and took a look at the door. He said it looks in excellent condition. I had informed him that 2 months ago the door was painted and the noise started immediately after the painters had gone. He assessed that the paint was sticking together between the panels and thus caused the noise every time it opened and closed. Will have to get the painters to come back and somehow remove the paint that got between the panels. Thanks Precision Door for your input.
