Precision Garage Door has got to be the best choice! Their installers were here early 9 am and had the door installed in less than two hours, explained everything about the three remotes, yes one for your car, one next to the outside of the door and one inside by the inner house door. Three ways and positions to control your door. I was not expecting that. If power goes out door slides up by hand very easy. Has vacation mode and good light. Friendly and courteous. My garage door would not stay down after a power outage when power was restored. The technician (Carlos) explained that the system had "learned" a new up/down procedure with the door unattached to the mechanism and he reprogrammed the door and explained how to prevent this from happening in the future if there is a power outage. There was no charge for this. I was quite satisfied.

Very happy with the service. Craig was efficient and very knowledgeable. The only reason I gave a 4 star was because on the phone I was quoted $60 to $120 for a broken spring. It ended up costing us $278.00 because we have 2 springs. We should have been asked over the phone how many springs we have because then I would have shopped around to make sure the price was comparable to other companies. Only 1 spring was broken but was told both needed to be replaced by tech.

The young lady that answered our call was very pleasant and had us scheduled for a repair or a new lift unit for today. James Mantsch, your service man arrived around one pm. He gave us a estimate for repair and for a new unit. Because of age of our unit we decided to go ahead with a new one. He had everything he needed on his truck, so no need to go back to the shop or have to order a unit with all accessories. We are very pleased with his work.
