I called Precision on a Saturday afternoon as our garage door wouldn't close and I noticed that the cable had broken when it was being closed. It hasn't been long since we've moved into our residence and was really happy that Precision could fix it on a weekend within a couple of hours. The spring broke on my garage door. Luckily I had my receipt from 2012 as I was covered under warranty for five years. Therefore it was free instead of a few hundred dollars. It pays to save your receipts!!!! Thank You.
