I was very satisfied with the service and the installer was great the way he installed the door he had no wasted steps and just went from one part to another like working on a jigsaw puzzle he know where everything went hundreds of pieces. And than he took the time to show me how everything worked and how to maintain and lubricate the moving parts. Great job

Today my garage door was repaired by Jimmy Johnson. Was very polite and professional. Explained the problem with my garage door opener and gave options for repairs. Work was completed quick, very clean and explained how to use new door opener. He went above his duty by bringing my trash can to my garage. He was very kind. Definite 5 stars Will recommend Precision to everyone.

Tech was Brent Howell I called around 11:00 am with my door problem. I was told that a tech would be there between 11 and 3. Brent called on his way. He observed the situation and gave me three options to fix my door. I chose the 7 year warranty. Brent put in a new tension bar, rollers, and cables. Brent is truly an asset to your company. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and did the work in the time he estimated. I enjoyed watching Brent work as he told me what he was doing in the process. We had very fast service and a very nice young man to comply with our needs. We had called to get a new rubber seal on the bottom of the door. They were able to come out to our home within an hour of our service call. The tech was able to fix everything that was wrong, had all the parts he needed with him and was done with the repair in an hour! He explained all of our options and let us know what we really needed at this time and what will probably needed in the future. He didn't try to pressure us into fixing everything all at once but repairing the necessity while also letting us know more work would probably need to be done in the next few years. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.
