The young lady that answered our call was very pleasant and had us scheduled for a repair or a new lift unit for today. James Mantsch, your service man arrived around one pm. He gave us a estimate for repair and for a new unit. Because of age of our unit we decided to go ahead with a new one. He had everything he needed on his truck, so no need to go back to the shop or have to order a unit with all accessories. We are very pleased with his work. We are also pleased with how fast we received service.

Today one of your capable technicians, Matt, came to repair my garage door opener. Matt did an excellent job of evaluating what was not working on my door and what he would be able to do to repair it so it would work. Matt was very professional, clean-cut and mannerly. Great service all around!! Called at 9am on Monday morning and was able to schedule the same day. Had Jimmy Johnson as a tech and have to highly suggest requesting him. Was done in less than an hour and very nice... when I was pulling up to the house and he was already there..rolling my garbage cans up from the street.... who does that! Great company and will suggest them to all of my neighbors.

Amazing service. I used a competitor in the past. My door came off the rails and I had to call the competitor 3 times. On the 3rd time, I actually got someone on the phone who's only response was "we are busy" and proceeded to grudgingly take my order. Not wanting to spend my money on a business who clearly doesn't care about their customer, I called Precision. Precision answered my call promptly sent Keith out. Keith was friendly and competent and got me up and running. Very impressed.

Jordan instantly recognized that the plastic tracking needed replaced. He inspected both of my garage doors and made recommendations. He replaced the track on both of my garage doors ( I purchased them at the same time) and both were in need of repair. I could actually see the metal thread inside each tracks that were shredding. Jordan installed each one in about 20 minutes for a total of 40 minutes. He came at about 7 at night and did not charge any extra charge. I have used Precision for many years because they are honest and reasonable. No sales pitch.

I received a call from the technician letting me know of his arrival. Everyone we came in contact with was personable and professional. We can not believe how quiet our new garage door is. Mr. Tanner was polite, courteous. Jason and Jerry were also polite, tidy and played pleasant music while they worked. Jason explained all the places that need to be lubed 3 or 4 times a year. I was dismayed to learn from Mr. Tanner that Precision does not do electrical work at installation and that I would need to use an extension cord if I wanted a remote opener. I did not wish to do so.

They came out the same day and installed the new belt drive opener. It is so quiet compared to the old one that I have to open a door to make sure it is really down. I am vey satisfied and the repair man was very courteous and did a good job.

We're very impressed with Precision Overhead Door - I called Precision on Sunday not sure if anyone would answer and to my surprise someone did - the receptionist was polite and professional and told me she would have a service tech call me when he's on the way - 10 minutes later Brent called and within 30 minutes arrived at my house - he diagnosed my 18 year old opener and made recommendations to repair it - I opted to replace it instead and Brent installed a new belt drive opener in about an hour - he was totally professional from start to finish - I can't believe how quiet my new opener is - the motor is virtually silent and you can only here the roller wheels when the door opens and closes - my wife and I are very satisfied and would highly recommend Precision overhead door ...
