Very pleased! Jeremy the tech who serviced my garage door was so kind, friendly explained what needed to be done, not pushy at all! I wasn't able to fix everything right away but Jeremy fixed my garage door...works perfect. The other minor repairs will follow later. I heard about Precision on Q105.5..Mason Dixion show in the morning and "WOW" everything they say about Precision is so true and beyond!

My garage door opener quit working on a Sunday. I called Precision and they said they could be out that afternoon to look at it. Ryan Goodpasture arrived between the times the dispatcher indicated and replaced the unit that day in just a hour. What service!!! Everything was covered under warranty - no hassles whatsoever. I will recommend Precision to everyone I know. Thanks for being great to work with!!

We were very happy with the services we received. Our technician didn't try to sell us repairs we didn't need, but let us know what was causing our immediate issue, as well as some things that should be replaced in the future as they were showing wear (20 year old opener). We were able to make decisions that were right for us, and are very happy with the repair as well as the installation of a new keypad.

Heavy garage door spring broke on a Saturday. Door very heavy and car stuck inside. Called Precision and within an hour and half a technician was at residence making a repair. Provided estimate on different repair methods and performed thorough inspection of existing system. Technician very knowledgeable and completed all requested repairs in a quick manner. Excellent service. I have been extremely happy with Precision ever since I found them on Angie's List. Their service is absolutely amazing, and all of the techs I have delt with have taken he time to explain everything to me, and in a manner I am able to understand. Each time I have called them out ey have always turned up on time. They even call and tell me they are on their way and when to expect them. They alway leave everything tidy and always do a full inspection on the equipment before leaving. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. They stand by their work and guarantee it.
