John T was professional, friendly, and informative. He diagnosed my garage door issues and repaired or replaced needed parts within 90 minutes. I went from a "rock concert" noise level and a door that had a mind of its own; to an extremely quite garage door system that opens and closes when I need it to. Professional, Dependable, Curteous and on scheduled time!! Had garage overhead door installed last year , last week it started making a noise, I called Precision, they came right out and repaired( only needed to be lubricated). Would recommend this company highly!!! hard to find professionalism these days, and I so appreciated Precision's polite and knowledgeable employee's.

Initial attraction through your reviews. I was impressed not only with the same day service, but the fact that there was no additional charge for being a weekend day, i.e. Sunday. I have two garage doors that were installed when the home was built in 1998 and had not been serviced since. Your technical Francisco Soto, administered an inspection and advised me on the necessary repairs. It was a major overhaul in my opinion, but worth it and necessary. Very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the employees. In all a very positive experience. I recommend Precision Garage Doors for your servicing needs.

Precision Door Services of Clearwater is very impressive. They were able to get us an appointment very quickly. They were friendly, courteous and the best part, not making us feel like we had to get it now. The gentleman that came to our service was James Rodey. He was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. He was able to help us attain a great package at an a great price with the approval of the management. He took his time and we were amazed once the garage door replacement was done. It runs so smooth and quite that sometimes we forget that the door is opening. We highly recommend their business. We were referred by our in-laws and they were highly impressed as well.

Precision was chosen to replace my old garage bay doors at our work storage garages. They did such an excellent job it was easy for me to choose no other company when my springs broke on my garage door at home. Jose Rosario came out to my house exactly when the company said someone would be out. He did an excellent job and went beyond when he instructed me on how to better care for the opener and all the rollers. Great job and I will continue to use their products and services into the future.

I just want to say thank you for such wonderful service. My husband called Precision and asked them to come out and troubleshoot our garage door opener. Our technician was Dallas Frazier. Dallas arrived early for our scheduled appointment. I was at work and my husband called to let me know what Dallas had found was wrong with our garage door opener. Our circuit board was fried from a lightning storm and we needed a new garage door opener. He quoted us the price for everything we requested with the new opener: two remotes and the outside keypad. Dallas also noticed that some of our wheels on the garage door would need to be replaced due to age (they were 19 years old) but it didn't have to be that day. We had him go ahead and replace all of the wheels as well. Dallas answered all of the questions I had, installed everything, checked the springs and made sure everything was all working as it should be. The garage door opener works perfectly, runs quieter than our last one, and the door closes so much better with the new wheels on the track. I highly recommend Precision for service, repair, or installation of a new garage door. Dallas was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. It's so nice to find a quality and local service company.

Precision Garage Door is the best company in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area for garage door service. We have used their service multiple times, and have found each of the Service Technicians to be professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. The office staff is excellent as well. The appointment system generates an email reminder, and the Service Technicians are able to process payments immediately and email receipts and service reports. Highly professional team and you can trust their advice, repairs, and replacements.
