very friendly, was early, pleased with the cost for the repairs. I had another company come out and they wanted to replace the entire garage door. That was way too expensive for me. I was happy when they said he could fix it and it was done in 1 hr and most important I could afford it.

Not only was Precision able to get a tech out within hours, but it was Jimmy Johnson. Jimmy called 30min out to give me a better arrival time and then showed that he knew everything I needed to make this an EXCELLENT experience. Personable, knowledgeable, respectful, and fair. Not only did I take his card, but he's going to be my #1 recommendation to anyone who will listen. The fact that he speaks highly of the company and says he's not unique in his traits speaks volumes. I had a problem with the old garage door opener, I looked us service activities on the internet and selected Precision because you could respond right away. Chris Carelas was the technician who responded and he was at my door within an hour of my initial call. Chris was quick in his work, kept everything neat and orderly and in no time the new opener was installed and operational. Chris even took time to program the openers in our two cars. I would rate this a five star service, with an excellent service technician, who is well spoken, and looks professional. Well done Chris and Precision.
