Keith Anderson was the technician who replaced my remote keypad for me. He called in advance and was right on time. He gave me a concise quote and had the new keypad with him. Awesome service! Technician came within a couple of hours after I called. Not only was the young man pleasant, he was totally knowledgeable and went right to work. Fixed my door so that it is usable until the new panel can be installed plus corrected other things the contractor failed to do. Carlos Morales was my tech and called to say he could come earlier than my original time. I only called for service this morning! My opener system is over 30 years old, the door was replaced about 15 years ago. Last night a cable and spring broke while opening the door. Carlos fully explained repair and replacement options. Although I wasn't in the market for a new opener, it made sense to replace the opener, rail, cables, springs, bearings and rollers. Carlos and Jordan completed the install in less than 2 hours and fully explained how the new system worked. I am very pleased with how quickly Precision was able to respond and Carlos is an excellent representative of your company!

Garage door broke on a Thursday night. Called Precision first thing Friday morning. Less than 2 hours later a representative was here. Matt diagnosed the problem, the spring system, and had it fixed in no time at all. He had all the parts needed on his truck. Matt gave me 2 options and explained benefits of both. Drums had to be replaced to. Very good customer service!

Called on Sunday with non-emergency request, Matt came on Monday at the scheduled time. He knew the products I was interested in, and quickly and efficiently installed our new wifi and battery backup enabled opener, as well as updates to our rollers. I was impressed that Precision was able to send out a worker on a Sunday afternoon. The installer, John, analyzed the problem with our garage door and then he gave me several options. He was very honest and fair when showing me the various price options. When he had questions for me, he did not hesitate to ask, in order to ensure that the job was getting done to my specifications. He had all of the necessary parts with him in his truck (garage door opener, cables, springs, etc.) so once we agreed on the project, he immediately got to work and the job was completed in less than 4 hours.

Our Precision techincian Jeremy did a great of job repairing the broken spring as well as rectifying a door closing problem from a while back caused by my bumping my pick-up into the door when it was almost opened. Jeremy was very meticulous and thorough in addressing all issues and the door one of the heaviest duty hurricane doors works smoother and quieter than when it was brand new. I highly recommend Precision.
