On two separate occasions, Precision responded within 24 hours of our call to fix our garage door. The door was originally installed by another garage door company who did not respond timely to our service call. Our recent technician, John Pappas, was especially professional and very knowledgeable. He even showed up to our house earlier than expected.

I received a very helpful and knowledgeable quote on the belt that I needed and inspection that revealed I also needed rollers, who's resistence called the rarely used garage door belt to break. Chris went beyond the obvious broken belt to identify what caused a rarely used garage door belt to break. I used a coupon that was exactly the price advertised. Service man was personable, professional and arrived on time from his 30 window estimate. Calling him back next month to change the rollers on the other garage door. Thanks!

People in others businesses need to provide customer service like Andrew Lachance. He is very professional, polite, very knowledgeable about garage doors, explains everything he is recommending and will give you different options to fit your budget. AS far as I’m concerned, Precision Garage Doors is very lucky to have an employee like Andrew. PS. He also does very good work.

Eleven year old garage door opener died and of course it happened on a Saturday. Had no problems getting in touch with Precision and scheduling a service call for that afternoon. Technician, Christian, arrived not long after the beginning of the service window we had been given. He quickly diagnosed the problem, conducted an overall inspection of the door and provided several options. Based on Christian's comments and the size/weight of the garage door, we upgraded the opener from a 1/2 HP opener to a 3/4 HP unit. Removal of old opener and installation of the new unit and all controls took about 1 1/2 hours. We were given excellent instructions on operation of the new opener and he even took the time to program the Homelink systems on both of our cars. This was the second time we have used Precision and the service even surpassed the excellent treatment we received the first time around; definitely would recommend for anyone looking for garage door service/installation.

We called Saturday morning to have a technician come out to see why our garage door was not opening. Within a few hours, Jeremy arrived and diagnosed the issue within minutes, and had the door fully functioning again in about 45 minutes. "5 STARS". Thumbs up for an excellent job. Jimmy Johnson is a true professional. He's knowledgeable of the product and extremely capable of installation and/or repair of said product. My garage door was an absolute mess with a broken overhead spring, rollers knocked out, cables broken, et cetera when Jimmy first arrived, but within 3 hours my door operates as if were brand new. Again, let me thank you for a job well done.

I did NOT choose Precision. Rep was great. BUT over 2X as expensive as most others. AND Precision wanted to use a chain system. Others used a belt which Precision said was more expensive? So Precision chain was 2X as expensive as a belt driven one from other company. AND warranty was either 2 or 5 years with Precision. Other company LIFETIME

Keith Anderson was the technician who replaced my remote keypad for me. He called in advance and was right on time. He gave me a concise quote and had the new keypad with him. Keith not only changed the keypad out but also inspected the door's operation and lubrication. Keith also explained how to change the keycode in the future should I ever need to. Keith was professional, friendly and is a valuable asset to your team.

Awesome service! Technician came within a couple of hours after I called. Not only was the young man pleasant, he was totally knowledgeable and went right to work. Fixed my door so that it is usable until the new panel can be installed plus corrected other things the contractor failed to do. Carlos Morales was my tech and called to say he could come earlier than my original time. I only called for service this morning! My opener system is over 30 years old, the door was replaced about 15 years ago. Last night a cable and spring broke while opening the door. Carlos fully explained repair and replacement options. Although I wasn't in the market for a new opener, it made sense to replace the opener, rail, cables, springs, bearings and rollers. Carlos and Jordan completed the install in less than 2 hours and fully explained how the new system worked. I am very pleased with how quickly Precision was able to respond and Carlos is an excellent representative of your company!

Garage door broke on a Thursday night. Called Precision first thing Friday morning. Less than 2 hours later a representative was here. Matt diagnosed the problem, the spring system, and had it fixed in no time at all. He had all the parts needed on his truck. Matt gave me 2 options and explained benefits of both. Drums had to be replaced to. Very good customer service!
