I had springs put in two months ago, and today when there was an electrical outing, I tried to open the door manually and I had a problem I called precision told them the situation, and they said they would send someone out to address the issue. When they came they indicated that the pulley that I tried to disengage from the motor was old and needed to be pulled harder. they did not charge me for a service call. They know how to treat their customers. Thank you I will use them again in the future.

The technician that came to our house was Kieth Anderson and he was very professional, told me just what he was going to do and the cost of the repair. Once he got things apart there were a few other things that he found that when he showed me I was very glad he brought them to my attention.
