We were very satisfied. The technician showed on time after first calling. He explained all problems and made recommendations but did not appear to be trying to sell me more than I needed. I bought the most expensive option because I believe that the door will remain service longer and operate most efficiently. If I had bought less, there is a good chance that I would need more repairs in the next couple of years. When I showed him your ad, he gave me credit for the service special cover by same.

On February 10th 2017 our garage door opener started to have a problem going down. It would stop in the middle of the cycle for no unknown reason. This problem continued to happen more frequently so I called their office and was told a technician would be out w/i a few hours to look at it. I got a call from Jeffrey Pinney to tell me he was on his way. He arrived on time, was very professional and got to work immediately. It is nice to call a company and get a pleasant person on the phone, schedule an appointment in a short period of time, have the work done by a professional representative. I would recommend Precision overhead garage door service in a heart beat. They replaced our garage door opener, keypad & rollers. It is now like a brand new door. I am glad I kept seeing Precision's advertising both in the paper and on billboards because that is who I thought to call once this problem started to happen. I would give them 5 stars.

I was walking my dogs and saw your work van a few houses down. I have been procrastinating bit I knew my doors needed work done. I called the number on the van fully expecting to have to schedule an appointment for an estimate. 5 Stars - The technician that came to the home was honest and professional. There was no sales pressure. The technician explained the problems he observed that needed attention. He provided several options and warranty proposals for my review and allowed me the time needed to discuss with my wife the next course of action. I took the technician recommendations and the work was performed in a timely fashion.
