Prompt and courteous service. Michael Wallace explained the problems and the solutions. Gave the choices available and why they needed care. I would give him 5 stars for his service. He had to replace cables and springs etc.

Our Technician Craig Earle was On-Time and reviewed our problems with our existing Genie garage and within minutes he had a solution. He reviewed the problems with me and made recomendations to repair the problem. There was no attempt in up-selling an entire new system, rather a few simple repairs which were completed in less than an hour. Craig was very knowledgeable in our system and even pointed out how to properly maintain it. I did ask for future reference how much a new opener with a belt drive would be to purchase and install. The price provided was extremely affordable and certainly not worth installing myself from a home improvement store! Great job and I highly recommend your business.

I had no idea what the issue was with my garage door. Jimmy did an assessment. made recommendations and provided options for different plans with the related cost. I needed a new motor, new bearings and new remote and door opener. Jimmy was able to complete the job in a timely manner, demonstrated how it worked and also programmed my car remote. I definitely will ask for him if I need any further work and will share my very positive experience with others. 5 stars!!!!

I called Precision around 3:45 on a Friday afternoon. They had a technician here at about 4:20! He was able to fix everything in about an hour!!! I've never had that kind of service! I actually called a different garage door service before precision and the recording said they were closed until Monday morning!! Turns out that worked out great for me!!

Service-New Garage Door. Workers were skilled in replacing a 66 year old wooden door. They did a workaround when finding old house problems. They were pleasant and did a great job. Not five star service -10 Stars!!!!! Thank you so much for your extremely fast service. I called about 10:00 am and your wonderful serviceman, Brent was at my door by 11:15am. I was in a panic because for some reason I decided to back out of the garage while the garage door was not completely in the up position. (Being Blonde isn't easy) Brent was so nice and so reassuring that he could fix the door to at least go down for security reasons, and to my delight he was able to fix the door completely. I had visions of a very big bill for a new door. Apparently your company and your servicemen do what is needed and not out to take advantage of people which is very refreshing. I will use your services again and if and when I do require a new door I will buy it from you. Brent also informed me of some potential problems I may have in the future so next month new springs are in the budget!
