Great experience! I called on Saturday when I realized a spring was broken. A service call was set up for later that same day. When a cancellation happened, they called me to see if coming sooner was OK, which it was. The tech, Carlos, called ahead and was at our home within 15 minutes. He was very professional friendly and very knowledgeable. He did a full inspection and recommended replacement of the bearings in addition to the broken spring. He also called to my attention that the Genie Track was a bit worn, but was working OK. I decided to go ahead and replace it too. Carlos had the repairs done right away. The door operates perfectly now and is much more quiet. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone.

I called and got serviced that day. They gave me a 4 hour window and I asked for closer to 4:00 (vs 4 - 8:00), and the girl said she would do what they could. Brett was at my home at 4:00 and finished when he said. I was very happy with Brent, the tech that serviced my door. He explained everything to me and I did not feel pressured at all.

The technician, Carlos, explained all options for repair or replacement of my garage door opener and the associated garage door mechanical parts that were affecting the operation of the opener. He allowed me to make an informed decision, without pressuring me to go one way or the other. Once I made a decision, he implemented it and completed the job in a timely and efficient manner.
