Once again Precision Door Service was there when I needed them. I called in the evening and they were able to provide a service appointment the very next morning for me. My technician was Dallas Frazier and like most of his reviews he arrived to my job ahead well ahead of time. Dallas quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken gear and sprocket and with a replacement part on his truck he had my door fully working within a short amount of time. Dallas was very friendly, polite and professional and I appreciate the excellent service.

5 Stars for José Rosario. Very Professional. Very good people skills making the customer feel comfortable, along with giving many options and answering questions without attitude was also really nice. I feel I got only what I needed and wasn't pushed to get what I didn't need or want. A pleasure doing business with Mr. José Rosario and will recommend future business to others. Thank You and may you and your family have a Safe and Happy Holiday Season.
