I have used Precision in the past and was very pleased with the service. The tech that came to my house on 1-15-2014 to perform maintenance service, was very professional. After his inspection was complete, he explained to me his recommendations while showing me every step of the way. He performed the services that I needed to my complete satisfaction. I will continue to have Precision service my garage doors in the future.

Normally we use another Service Provider...but this time they weren't able to accommodate us...I contacted Precision and explained our problem...we were able to be worked in same day (Sunday) and the Technician (Ben) was great. I called for service about 1:30pm on Friday and never expected to have someone come out that late. To my surprise, the girl said a technician would be here between 2 & 4pm. In less than 30 minutes, Ryan arrived to repair our door. We were very happy with his service and I was completely amazed at how quiet the door open and closed when he was finished. Thank you for a good job!!

Broken spring wouldn't let me open garage door. Appointment was easy to set and Tech. was out same morning, calling me himself to let me know the schedule. He assessed the door, motor, frame and made necessary repairs. He discussed future maintenance and showed me a detailed price sheet. He even told me what DIDN'T need to be done, just for my own knowledge and peace of mind. Very professional and nice :)
