I just want to let you know what a wonderful experience this was for me. James came right on time and was going to install new garage door openers. I told him the door was very noisy going up and down. He looked it over and found several problems the home inspector missed. James was wonderful! He worked very hard to fix the problems and did it in a short amount of time. James was professional,courteous, and very knowledgeable! He fixed the problems, installed my new door opener and cleaned up everything. Thank you so much, James, for making this a great experience. I am so grateful to you for your service!! We had a problem with our garage door opening and closing. Precision Door Service installed the system about five years ago. James (Tech) checked out the system and stated that in was initially installed incorrectly by a Tech that had been termed. James replaced the entire system at no charge to us. James is very knowledgeable and professional. It was a pleasure to deal with such a great company, that stands behind their workmanship. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone. I was extremely impressed with the services that Precision Overhead Garage Door Services. The representative called 15 minutes before arriving, which most companies do not do. Also, the representative stayed longer than expected and actually apologized for the extra time. The representative was extremely professional and courteous. The spring on my garage door broke and I could not open the door with my car inside. I found Precision Garage on Angie's list web site and was greatly impressed by the number and positive comments about the Precision Garage service. I soon saw why there were so many. Even though it was Saturday a technician Matt Cipolla was at my house. He explained all the work to me, and quickly had things back in shape and the garage door working better than new. I would recommend Precision Garage highly.

We called for service a little after noon, a prompt, friendly agent listened to our request and let us know immediately when they could get a technician to our home. Edward arrived on time and was very specific in what was needed to repair the door at a reasonable cost - No Suprises. IT WAS SUNDAY MORNING. WENT OUT TO GET THE PAPER. PUSHED THE OVERHEAD DOOR BUTTON. OPENED 6" THEN CLOSED. TRIED AGAIN AND AGAIN. NO LUCK. PULLED RELEASE TO MANUALLY OPEN AND COULD ONLY OPEN IT 2 FT. JUST ABOUT BROKE MY BACK. WENT ONLINE AND FOUND PRECISION. CALLED AND GOT AMY WHO WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. SHE SIAD SHE WOULD GET SOMEONE OUT TO MY HOUSE BETWEEN 1 AND 5 PM. BEN ELLIOT SHOWED UP A LITTLE AFTER ONE AND FOUND I HAD A BROKEN SPRING. HE WAS VERY PROFESSI0NAL AND DID THE REPAIR IN A SPEEDY MANNER. WORKS FINE AND I AM VERY SATISFIED. My technician Doug was fantastic. The problem with my door was very minor, but I was also aware that my door was very old and noisy and probably might have more complicated problems in the future. Doug carefully outlined options, explained what each would accomplish as well as warranty information. He was very personable and professional. Precision was recommended to me by several friends, and I will continue to pass the recommendations along. I couldn't be happier with my service.
