John and his partner arrived early, sat down with me and explained the issue, and provided me with options in fixing the problem. Not only did John provide great and efficient service, he also had superior customer service which is hard to come by these days. John arrived at my home earlier than the time given and that worked out great!! The garage door opener broke the day before and john installed a new opener tuned up and fixed some issues with our garage doors and I had home put in another door opener on the single garage door.
