I appreciate the speed with which you responded to my service need. One of the springs on my auto garage door snapped so we were trapped, could get the door up. True to your ad, you responded within 4 hours even though your schedule was full and I live in Lakeland. Your technician, Frank Soto, is an outstanding representative of your company and very loyal to you, Jim. He presented himself well, obviously very knowledgeable, does an excellent job of explaining what needs to be done, what my options were and gave me an accurate estimate of the expense I was facing. When I made my decision as to what I wanted to get done, he did not waste any time in getting the repair done. Very glad I called your company. By the way, the lady who took my call was very helpful in solving my problem. Incidentally I purchased much more than the broken spring.

An all-around great experience. The technician (Frank) was very knowledgeable. He explained why the problem happened, explained all of the options for fixing it, and then did a great job performing the fix. He was very pleasant, professional, and a pleasure to have in my home. My dogs even liked him - and they usually don't like anyone!

Although it took over a week to complete the job order, Doug was able to locate the root of the problem and had to place an order for the part, which was not in stock. Doug was very professional, knowledgable, and friendly. He kept apologizing for the delay in completing the work.

They did not try and sell me the opener but gave me the information to make a informed choice. I chose Precision since I have seen a great deal of advertising regarding the company, and was even more certain when I received a confirmation e-mail regarding the appointment. It gave me the technician's name, photo, and a brief bio. Since the e-mail showed the photos of all of your technicians, I thought this was a very excellent way of Precision letting their customers know who is coming to their home. Your technician, Ben Elliott, was great. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and explained everything to me. He had to install a new motor and rollers, and we discussed the possibility of a new garage door being installed. However, that is something that has to be approved by the Homeowners' Association, so I will send in the necessary paperwork. If that is approved, I would definitely want Ben to come and do the work. He is a true professional, and I would give him a 5 star rating.

Called Precision for a broken door spring. We wanted to renew all the hardware on the doors because they are 17 years old. The tech Frank Soto took care of all our needs, plus installed a great new belt drive opener that is totally silent. He had all the parts needed for repairs and did it all in about 3 hours. We have a 3 car garage with a single and a double door. I think we are good for another 17 years. We are going to call to have another belt drive opener installed on the single door.
