Was pleased to get weekend service, and especially on such short notice. We called at 7:30 or 8:00 am on Saturday, got phone call from service rep' and he was there before noon. Called at 2:30 PM with opener issues on an old opener and had a new opener installed, new spring, wheels, bearings and all set for another decade by 6:00 PM.
