Six o'clock on a Saturday night and the garage door breaks down in the open position. I worried that I would be stuck with it like that at least overnight ... until I connected with Precision. Keith called and was out here at the time he said he would be. He is a very nice, professional young man; and, he made all of the repairs in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Precision to take care of your garage door needs. Definitely 5 stars!!!!!!!

Chose Precision from the yellow pages in the phone book. I liked the two page add and the fact that if they did the repairs I did not have to pay for the service call. Also, they are a BBB accredited business. The service man, Mike, was very professional; called me to verify the appointment and called me again when he was 15 minutes away. He was in a company marked truck and wore a company uniform. Mike was very thorough in explaining the parts and repairs to us. He did not make us feel pressured to buy anything. When my husband and I decided to have the repairs done Mike was able to do the work right away. He had the needed parts in his truck and within two hours the new door springs and the new motor had been installed. We could not be happier with the garage door repairs.

Called you on Saturday and you sent a tech out on Sunday. Tom Naporano was very punctual. As a matter of fact he called to say he could come earlier. Impressive. Tom came out and evaluated the problem. He concluded that we needed a new opener. As we had 2 doors and the openers were purchased together, we decided to replace them both along with a key pad and some other items that needed attention. Tom gave us an estimate and when I mentioned I got your name from Angie's List, he gave me a discount. He said he could do the entire job immediately and had all the parts and tools. Again, impressive. He was efficient and went to work as soon as we agreed to price. I am now a little lighter in my bank account, but I have 2 very quiet garage doors. Lovely. Thanks, Tom.

He was prompt, courteous, polite, personable, efficient, knowledgeable...I can't speak highly enough about him. The overall service was great and fairly priced. The only problem was they give you a two hour window and I was under the impression the technician would arrive right at the scheduled 10-12 appointment. He arrived around 11.

My double garage door was installed less than 5 years ago by DGD (Spring Hill, FL) and one of the springs broke in less than five years, which is very odd. And the door made very strange noises since the day it was installed. After walking through the entire door system with James (technician) it turns out the rail rollers installed were designed for a single door not a double, and all of the rollers were worn out already. In summary, many of the parts were worn out because a bad install, which resulted in $800 dollars in repairs after 5 years; not normal. The technician was very thorough, and upon completion of the repair the door never sounded so quiet. My Wife and daughter were absolutely amazed. Thank you James and Precision.

He made a careful evaluation and assessment of the problem, explained the issue to me and walked me carefully through my options. Had to replace the opener and springs. The good old saying "when it rains, it pours" definitely has been our unlucky 2 months, and Frank got to see this firsthand. However with our garage door needing to be repaired or make the decision to replace it was an easier decision thanks to Frank Soto being honest and he allowed us time to discuss the situation privately, we then made a wise decision for the future of our home. The work was done in good time and Carlos explained what needed to be done, why and gave me the cost before beginning the work. I will definitely recommend Precision.

What outstanding service! I called at 10am and Ed was at my door within an hour as promised after calling first to make sure I was available! Ed is extremely knowledgable about his line of work and certainly shows his enthusiasm for his job and company. He was completely professional but very personable while installing a new garage door opener. Hope I won't need to call again for service, but if I do, I will certainly request Ed!

The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. The other competitor listed in the Hillsborough county business book was more difficult to find. I've heard of Precision through TV ads on Brighthouse I believe and being in this directory was helpful as we are new to the area. The new system is SO QUIET! It's so smooth and the new options are more safe and the technician was very thorough to make sure we understood how to use everything (which I should add are user-friendly). We are EXTREMELY pleased and would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of these services. When we need a new door, we will call Precision.

Technician was great, he installed a new motor in a timely manner. The price was standard with a lifetime manufacturer warranty. The only downside was the technician did not have a light bulb to put in opener.
