This review is a five star only because ten stars was not an option. What a great company, our technician Jesse was not only on time with a great attitude but he was also completely knowledgeable and prepared for whatever was needed. I must say, I have never seen a garage door operate as smoothly and quietly as ours does now. This is a very well run company and you can tell from the first call to first arrival to end result. Unfortunately this review simply cannot express how happy I am for using Precision but is my intention to share my experience with you so you too can know the feeling of sharing your new home with family and friends with the garage door being the first highlight you show them. Joshua Figueroa from Precision Garage Doors is outstanding! We moved onto a house with 2 garage doors. One had not been serviced in years and one had not been opened for over 5 years and had no opener.. Joshua evaluated everything on both doors & thoroughly explained what would be needed to get both doors in top condition. Then he gave me options for all the maintenance required and the best options for the new opener for the garage. Went above & beyond to make sure all work was complete and both doors are now working flawlessly! Thanks Joshua!!!

Replaced garage door opener and repaired/reinforced door braces, spring and bearings. Excellent evaluation of needs, condition of doors and itemized estimate of repair options. Even though it was more than a DIY garage door opener kit from a big box store, I was ok with extra for higher quality equipment. Adam did excellent work, attention to detail and very friendly and professional. I would recommend to my neighbors.

I had a new spring and door opener install several weeks ago by Mike Fanning. He was very professional, hard working and did a great job. Last week I heard a clanging sound that wasn't there when Mike left. I called and was immediately given a date and time. ( next day). Travis called and then arrived shortly thereafter. He was very pleasant young man. He found the problem (minor) and made the repair. I am very impressed with Precision

My need today was to a garage door which I could not close. The technician, Austin Orton reviewed the matter and I felt at ease with his analysis of my need. He understood what I wanted and went about completed his work in a timely matter. Although my initial concern was the high cost in comparison with prices of garage door openers at Home Depot, etc. I was more relief with feeling satisfied with updating two 18 year system, the workmanship and warranty.
