Had garage door problems so I called Precision because of TV ads & my next door neighbor used them & was very happy. They came out the next day on time with 2 persons. Showed them the problem. Gave them a few minutes to look over my problem, came back with a price. I took the price, they started ,fixed the door. Asked me several times if I had questions. Previous owner of our house had the garage door replaced by precision door. The door springs needed adjusting the technician did an awesome job. He even checked to see if it was covered under warranty and it was! Love these guys.

The appointment happened the same day I called. Alex, the tech, was very professional and explained what he was doing and updating me regarding the condition of our garage door opener. He used the existing new keypad to sync with the garage door opener and also added bolts to the garage door and the opener.

We had two garage door motors installed 6 months ago. We were happy with the installation and professionalism from the technician. Unfortunately, one of our sensors broke off, so we needed it to be repaired. They came out the next day and repaired the damaged sensor. The technician was happy to be in and out to fix the problem. Icing on the cake was that it was all covered by the warranty! Thank you for an easy install and repair experience.
