In less than 24 hours not only was my garage door repaired, but it was actually left in a better condition than when installed brand new. My technician Austin was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, patient, and diligent in his work ethic. Austin put me at ease, provided multiple solutions, explained the pro's and con's of each route, and allowed me to make the decision on my own. I would recommend him to do your work. I had him replace the door rollers, main springs, cables, and installed a new garage door opener. I saw the ad on TV and was having trouble with my Garage door. The person that came, although the door was placed on a brand new house, it always sounded like it was about to break. The person who came from precision review the door, and explained in detail why the door made so much noice, and rattled. He gave me options, including just service it, and it would last trouble free for a while. He give me all other options, with prices, and how much work I could afford to due, to upgrade the major comports of the door, so it will last and work correct. After review, I asked if he could do the work right then and there, He did, and the garage now sounds and proforms the way a door should. I was very satisfied and happy that I was able to finally get the door operating the way it should have from day one, by upgrading components in the door.

Turned out to be a quick fix. But only a pro would know that. Jimmy was very helpful with care instructions too. I did think the price was a bit high, but you get what you pay for.. door is all set now and nicely refurbished.

After reading all the positive reviews I decided to call Precision for my repair. Had new springs, motor and rollers replaced. Can barely hear the door open and close now. Also as senior citizens, we can rely on the WiFi app to insure we remembered to close the door.

His vehicle contained all of the sample products easily and professionally displayed. I had other estimates showing me pictures of products--there is no comparison like the real thing.
