A very satisfying experience, from your sales/designer to your installers. Very professional and helpful. Melanie guided us through the design process and we ordered the door , when we had to go back north early Precision said no problem, they would store it until we returned to Dunedin. when I called and said we would be flying in for just a week they arranged to install the door on schedule. the installers were great. Very happy and would choose Precision again.

Amazing experience I highly recommend this company. Robert was my technician. Not only did he fix the issue I had but was honest and didn’t try to sell me anything that I didn’t need. As a matter of fact I was the one that inquired on a replacement option just because my motor for the garage sounds a bit rough. Robert explained to me clearly the reason for the rough noise and gave me options based on what I was looking for. Long story short as soon as the holidays are gone I’m going with one of the options the he recommended. Couldn’t speak better for precision the name says it all thank you precision and above all thank you Robert for your hard work and most important your honesty.

Garage spring broke on Thanksgiving Day. I call for service on Friday morning, they said they wood have someone out between 1200 - 4:00. They call back and said they could have someone out earlier. They were here about 11:00 am. Chris was our tech, very professional, did a great job. Thanks Precision Garage Door.

I picked Precision just like I pick any other service, that is, by word of mouth. I have received service from Precision on two occasions. The first was when a spring broke in 2019. I could not believe that a WONDERFUL technician named of Christian installed a new motor, springs, rollers, track, remotes, etc. on the 4th of July holiday! The next problem occurred on 23-Nov-2021 when my garage door would not go down due to a sensor problem. Within three hours of my telephone call to you, another WONDERFUL technician named Jesse Burns had remedied the problem! I would never consider any company other than Precision for any type of garage door repair !!

I discovered the garage door spring was broken about 9 AM on a Saturday morning, and called Precision immediately. The young woman on the phone was very polite and said a technician would be there between Noon and 4 PM. Andy Peck arrived about 2:30 PM and was very personable, helpful, and did an incredible job. He explained everything that needed to be done and other things that could be done but were not immediate needs. He was very honest. I felt like I was in good hands. The job was completed by 4 PM and I could not be happier.

Previously John Pappas serviced the garage door when it would only go down half way. He fixed this probably 1 1/2 yr ago. I saved his card, and he left a spray can to lube the rails periodically. When my door wouldn't budge this morning, I sprayed & sprayed to try & get it to move. It wouldn't! I knew your people would help, so I called for service again.

10 Stars! We had another wonderful experience with Precision Overhead Garage Doors! Our garage door spring broke around dinner time and we called the next morning at 8 when they opened. Both of our cars were STUCK inside our garage. We were thrilled when they arrived at 9:15am that very morning! Keith was incredibly professional, quick, knowledgeable and courteous. The turn-around time from my initial call to installation was shocking and outstanding. I was a bit concerned about paying too much and wanted to get several quotes. When the tech arrived he was personable, extremely knowledgeable and did not try to sell me more than I needed. I trusted him, felt that he was being 100% truthful and the company warranty gave me all the confidence I needed to hire Precision on the spot without additional quotes from other companies. Excellent Service and I anticipate an excellent product as well (just installed yesterday).
