Our tech - Nick Rossi today was very friendly and respectful. He was knowledgeable and provided a quick install of a new garage door opener and two remotes. He even took the time to program my husband's car to the door. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I called Precision Overhead Garage Door in the morning, and they were out at my house by noon. The two guys diagnosed my problem (the opener was shot - it could have been saved, but why bother), and proceeded to replace the opener and springs, set everything up, and left my garage cleaner than they found it - all before quitting time. It was the service you dream of. I am beyond happy.

The original garage door for this home was installed by Precision (many years before I purchased the house) I have called Precision on several occasions including today and have been very pleased with their service and personnel. Today Adam Miechle provided me with a new remote since my old remote was destroyed in a car accident. Adam was very polite. He accomplished the the task of setting up the new remote quickly and made sure I understand how the new remote worked.
