I recently had a new garage door opener installed and found Sean to be very courteous, professional and helpful in answering any questions I had. He talked me through the process of options I had and the advantages and disadvantages of both. I have dealt with Precision previously when I bought my garage door and found them to be very courteous and professional at that time as well. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door if you want a company that is caring, courteous, professional and provides the highest quality of products.

Called yesterday and made an appointment to have a tuneup done to my double garage door. I ended up replacing the motor which was 20 years old and not the right one for a double garage door unbeknownst to me. So I am very happy with my decision of doing so, the technician named Robert Clausen is a total professional explained everything to me in detail. He has an impeccable manner that I truly appreciate in a technician. Your company should be very proud to have him working for you. Thank you so much for the wonderful service provided to me today keep up the excellent work.

Great from request to schedule through service! Derik DeFelice was the tech who came and his picture wasn't on site yet, so I wondered... but what a personable guy and go-getter. Not only fixed my problem by replacing a wall control pad, was very helpful and answered other questions about the operation I had. Very impressed with knowledge, efficiency, and respect for my property!

I had my new garage door and opener installed this morning, and I am thoroughly happy with the result. From the initial meeting with the Sales Representative (Chris) to the two gentlemen who installed everything this morning, I was impressed by the professionalism they all exhibited. My initial meeting was very thorough and I received a detailed bid within hours and it was very fair. I was also impressed that the installers showed up actually a little early for the job (which made my day) and everything was installed so efficiently. I would highly recommend this company.

My new garage door opener was causing the door to hang up at times. Called Precision, Nick came out, apologized for the problem, trouble-shot the door and opener, made some adjustments to it and now it operates fine. Can't ask for much more than that. Thanks.
