I have used Precision in the past and am very pleased with their service. They definitely stand by their warranty, as I had a minor problem a couple of years after the motor was replaced and they came right out. Today, the spring and cable were replaced and the service technician, Craig was very thorough and explained all the issues and the recommended services.

I called Precision and had an appointment for the next day. They kept me informed and when they had a cancellation called me to see if they could come earlier. I received a call from the Tech Cody, letting me know he was on his way. Cody was very professional, walked me through each quote and told me about how long it would take. It started with a simple phone call concerning what I thought was a problem. The employee I talked to said she understood and contacted a technician who was in my area. He (Josh) was there in a short time. He looked over my garage door and agreed on my assessment. He corrected my problem installing new hardware and springs. All complete in a little over an hour.

He restored life into a door I thought had otherwise seen its last days and I attest it’s better now then the 11 years I’ve lived here leading up to the repairs Luke performed. . A gesture made by Luke that I feel is very important to summarize his person.:: Amazon came while Luke was going to his truck for materials towards the end of the job,at which point I’m sure he was exasperated from working in a hot garage. . The Amazon delivery man was walking with 4 large boxes stacked taller than he could see. Luke seen this and stopped what he was doing to take off the top 2 and walk them inside with me and I was 100% comfortable with him doing so, I felt as though my friend was giving me a hand. . On Sun., New Year's day I called to leave a message our door was not working and to my surprise they called back and sent a tech out that afternoon!! Ryan was very pleasant and replaced the motor under warranty but it still did not work, so he replaced it again with a larger motor and it works great!! The service and guarantee of Precision is heads above the rest, and we are spreading the good news to family/friends who may someday need to have their garage door fixed or replaced.
