As promised, Isak called and said he was on his way and would be at my house in 25-30 minutes which he was. Showed him the broken spring, he gave me options on spring types (good, better, best). From arrival to departure, Isak was there just under an hour. His professionalism, work and ability to deal with all my questions was awesome! Thank you, Isak!

The garage doors springs where both replaced without any issues. Tech was very knowledgeable. Respectful and friendly. He also was a perfectionist like me. Only negative thing I must share is the price. $800 for 2 springs and bearings is WAY Over priced. Granted I opted for upgraded springs but last time I replaced it only cost me 300 and the springs were also high strength. A fair price would have been 500.

EVALUATED THE CONDITION OF MY GARAGE DOOR & I ASKED ABOUT A MORE QUIET OPENER SYSTEM. YESTERDAY THE MRS & I CAME HOME ABOUT 3 PM, PULLED INTO THE GARAGE, CLOSED THE OVERHEAD & HEADED INTO THE HOUSE WHEN A RATHER LOUD "THUMP" OCCURRED SOMEWHERE IN THE GARAGE, AFTER FURTHER INSPECTION I SAW THAT THE MAIN "LEFT" SPRING HAD BROKEN. I CALLED PRECISION FROM THE TELE # ON YOUR STICKER FROM LAST YEAR & GOT A NEXT DAY TIME APPOINTMENT FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE SPRING ! WHOMEVER I TALKED TO ON THE PHONE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE & ASSURING, GIVING ME A NEXT DAY (SAT) SERVICE & TIME. SWITCH TO SAT 7/20, RECEIVED AN INTRODUCTORY CALL FROM YOU TECH, DAVID CROWE, INTRODUCING HIMSELF & ASSURING HE WOULD BE THERE SHORTLY !! THIS YOUNG MAN WAS EXCEPTIONALLY POLITE, ASSURED HE COULD & WOULD GET THE JOB DONE, WE SPOKE OF LAST YEARS PRECISION EVALUATION OF OUR DOOR. I ASKED HIM ABOUT A QUIETER OPENING SYSTEM & HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE TO GET IT INSTALLED. After our garage ceiling began falling down upon opening our garage door one morning and drywall threw our garage door off its track, Griffin was able to come out and repair the problem for us. He even cleaned up the drywall mess for my elderly mother! When I mentioned other concerns we had regarding the functioning of the garage door, he made several recommendations to us with different cost options for us to consider. We ended up getting a new motor installed and updated openers/wall panel, as well as the original repair and "tune up" to our door and are extremely happy with the service. The garage door, that previously sounded like it was going to come crashing down each time it was opened, is now virtually silent and smooth when opened. Thanks!

I’m a service technician and a do-it-yourselfer type but some things are best left to the professionals. I also read reviews before I select a product or company to use so I called Precision Garage Door Services because of their great ratings. I had a great experience from the beginning to the end. Chris P. came out and I am very grateful that he did! (By the way Chris, Thank You again for your service to our great country we live in!) Chris is a top notch professional that not only takes pride in his work, but is also apt and willing to teach. I am very impressed as I learned a lot about the in’s and out’s of garage doors! I was amazed to see the pricing for a broken spring up to $900. The salesman/technician was very courteous I have no problem with him. The marketing however was a bad experience my soccer and experience and pricing with this company. I previously refused to purchase a new garage door from them because of over pricing.

He was well versed in the product and its installation. I would recommend him and your entire organization to anyone with the need for your product. One question; why is your telephone number missing from your TV ad? Your Jacksonville partner lists it. Before I retired, one lesson I learned, make it easy as possible for your customer to contact you without forcing them to go through any unnecessary steps.
