Lots of cos. offer garage doors/openers so it is hard to choose. I am so glad I used Precision. Luke arrived timely, was very nice. Had worked for them for 10yrs. Took his time. Didn't try to "sell" me. And because he didn't try to sell me, I bought a new opener. (Previous co. looked at age of opener and said they would not work on it, only replace it - I said "no" and they charged me $70 for the fun!) (BTW the phone scheduler was very nice too.) Very happy with service and so far (after 2 hrs!) happy with the new opener and other bits Luke installed on the door.

They definitely stand by their warranty, as I had a minor problem a couple of years after the motor was replaced and they came right out. It started with a simple phone call concerning what I thought was a problem. The employee I talked to said she understood and contacted a technician who was in my area. He (Josh) was there in a short time. He looked over my garage door and agreed on my assessment. He corrected my problem installing new hardware and springs. All complete in a little over an hour.
