Precision has always provided great service with friendly technicians, so I was glad to work with them again on this broken garage door. The technician, Bryan Stewart, did a fantastic job getting the door to close and secure. He was patient, and managed to figure out how to complete this difficult task (2 prior contractors could not figure it out). I will always recommend using Precision for garage door services going forward.

Had any issue with a double garage door. Contacted Precision Door and scheduled an inspection. Received a four hour window and within the hour the technicians ( Bryan and Mike) inspected and diagnosed the problem. The issue was resolved within the hour !! both the technicians were very professional and polite !!

Couldn't fix my door because don't have parts too outdated. Replacing door but work is backed up. Husband is disabled and use garage to get in and out with mobility scooter. Wish it could have been fixed sooner but will wait

5 Star: We had used Precision several years ago for a broken spring. When they came out they also reinforced the door to meet hurricane codes. They were very reasonable. This time the problem was different. We were expecting a similar low cost repair but since our opener was about 20 years old they could no longer get the parts so we had to get a totally new opener and also a new spring...certainly not low cost. However the work was done well and the end result is much quieter, smoother than our old opener. Except for the sticker shock, very satisfied.

This afternoon I was shocked by the snap of the very large spring/coil and the loss of the motor to my garage door opener. I called Precision and a tech was at my nome in 15 minutes. The problem was extensive and the fix was explained totally in laymen's terms. Bryan worked for several hours and completed the job successfully. Then he told me all about the new machine and reprogramed the remote for the door. The garage was cleaner than when he started. I have never heard a quieter garage door opener. Thank you for being there when I needed you.

I had seen your ads on Fox 13. I liked the fact that you guys could be out any day of the week, even holidays. As it turns out, the spring on our garage door broke New Years Eve. I called around 9:00 that morning, and your tech, Bryan Stewart, was at our house by 12:30. He inspected the door, explained what needed fixing, and had it all repaired by 2:00. I was very satisfied with the service.

Very disappointed. You put in new opener in 2010 so I called you when spring broke. Tech came and presided to tell me rollers,cable was going and an assortment of other problems. Seemed it was more prevented maintance than things that needed replacement . Only wanted springs replaced. Quoted me $880 I said no then it was $780 I refused service because on line average cost was $250-300. I got estimate on line from you and all of a sudden springs are $440. That’s a$340 difference in price. You’ve lost my business and all my neighbors in Salem Village. Refused service.

service was prompt and technicians were very professional. Have used precision a couple of times previously and would consider using them again... would have to weigh my displeasure with the sneaky billing. I was quoted $360.00, but was charged $405.00. I thought perhaps tax, but on $360 that would only amount to a touch over $25.00 or a bill of roughly 385. Low and behold My invoice included $25.00 for "shop supplies" and get this - an additional $20.00 for FUEL SURCHARGE! Why shop supplies aren't included in the price quoted I am not sure other than to make the price sound better than it is. Absolutely no reason to charge 20 bucks for your gas! Cost of doing business - if you expect your customers to pay for your gas, roll it into the price quoted. And anyhow 20 bucks seems rather high.These type of sneaky pricing games leaves a bad impression likely to cost you business. Whats next, "warehouse fee" or possibly employees healthcare tax? The more I think about it the more I think I'll choose another company next time.

I had opened my garage door to back the car out and then when I tried to close it the light started flashing like an obstruction was interfering with the closing.I checked around but could not find the problem. Very pleased with our experience with Precision. Came home from a trip, and pushed the button to open the garage, and no joy. Broke a spring Called Precision, was told someone would call back between 2 and 6pm. Bryan called at 2:15, saying he was 10 minutes away, and would call when he arrived. After surveying the issue, he came back with a list of things that should be done. We fixed the immediate problem, and have pricing on the remaining maintenance items. More than we wanted to spend (not saying they're more expensive than anyone else. We had a car stuck in the garage, and needed it out), but they showed up and fixed the issue in less than three hours after my initial call. Very straightforward, no bullshit, and didn't try to up-sell. I highly recommend them. We will be calling them back for the remaining maintenance items.
