I had Bryan and another guy come to my house to fix the safety sensor eyes, they both were very professional at what the do. They were both very friendly and informative, they answered any questions that I had. The door springs were in bad shape and they explained what was wrong and what needed to be done to correct it.

Superior work and quality. Bryan and Stacey were prompt, courteous and experienced. Full explanation followed they install including programing of a control on one of our vehicles that we did not no existed. Highly recommended. Everything except the rails and door were replaced on our 16 year old system.

My garage door openers started working up (they are very old) and had Precision come out to give me a quotation on putting new ones in. My old ones came with the house and where installed in 1998. Service tech was very professional and provided a quotation and recommended some additional items (cable and rollers for the big door). Agreed to the items and he finished everything. My garage door has never been as quite and now it works with our cars as well. Very pleased with the quality and professionalism of this company. I would highly recommend.

Would rate Precision 5 star based on service and efficiency. No delay in obtaining a service, very efficient and knowledgable staff. New garage door opener installation was needed to replace an extremely outdated unit, technician was competent and took time to explain options, also took time needed to program all the cars and hand remotes - excellent service. Only negative was cost, could have obtained the opener at lower cost but would have sacrificed speed in addressing the problem and potentially service quality.

I called on the morning of 10-27-2017 had service the same day. Brian my service tech was very nice and he knew how to take care of an old door that had many moving parts. He took care of it in about an hour and he alone did it. So glad to have door working better than it had in a long time. It cost me but they worked with me and that I very much appreciated.

REPAIR WAS COMPLETE AND FAST, BRYAN WAS FOCUSED ON THE TASK AT ALL TIMES UNLIKE OTHER VENDORS WHOM WE HAVE USED ARE ALWAYS ON THEIR PHONE. DOOR WAS REPAIRED AND WAS CAREFUL AROUND THE CAR THAT WAS TRAPPED INSIDE. THE COST WAS ON THE HIGHER SIDE BUT HE SHOWED UP ON TIME AND GAVE ME A WARRENTY.

They came out the same day and installed the new belt drive opener. It is so quiet compared to the old one that I have to open a door to make sure it is really down. I am vey satisfied and the repair man was very courteous and did a good job.

Called at 9 am on a Sunday and by 2:30 pm had my garage door repaired and new motor installed. I did feel it was a bit pricy but same day service and work quality was worth the extra price. You get what you pay for. Highly recommend company. Technician Brian was fantastic!
