Garage door spring broke on New Years Eve. They responded and fix the problem on New Years day. Service Technician Daron Earle explained every thing needed in a clear manner. Service work was done very efficiently. Excellent service.

Craig was the consummate professional. Called ahead so we knew when he would arrive. Troubleshot the problem and recommended replacement. Ours was a very old unit so he performed some much needed work on the door, etc. to make sure we wouldn’t have Followup problems. HIGHLY recommended. Precision was very prompt - had an appointment time ("Noon to Four") and they arrived minutes before Noon. I was also advised approximately 30 minutes prior they would be heading my way shortly. The tech (Craig Earle) knew what he was doing, was courteous, and had the work done within about 2.5 hours. He also worked with my warranty company directly, arranged all billing, and I did not need to worry about anything. There was quite a bit of work to be done - main issue was broken springs, but also received new cables, wheels, and rollers on the door itself. I was / am very satisfied.

Dear sirs; I have been using your company, for my garage door maintenance for quite a few years. In November 2014, I had my spring break and had to be replaced. At that time when the technicians came to service my garage, they told me that the bearings and cable was also snapped and so I had them replaced. At that time it was approximately, $800. Yesterday, my spring broke again, (4 years old), asked for emergency service and I couldn't be accommodated. So, I got a ride to work because my car was stuck in the garage. When the technician came out this time it again was not only the spring but the bearings and the cable was frayed, (AGAIN!). Something is not right either with the product you are using or the way they are installed. This time it cost me $963. I had a technician out in December to fix my garage door opener, only for that to cost me $250 for a new circuit board. Then he asked my wife that I should have that unit changed. By the way it was the same technician. I am totally dissatisfied and I would like a call back. David LaMantia
