My garage door was around 29 years old and just quit on me. Precision came out the same day I called and gave me an estimate on a new garage door. I asked if they could come the next day and instal it and they did. Awesome job! They installed the new door, motor, changed the wood frame, and put new tracks on. Robert was our technician. He was extremely professional and personable. He also answered a few questions that I had concerning the garage door operation itself. Overall, I found the price of the new springs a little steep. I did comparison shop prior to selecting Precision. There were cheaper prices out there, but I think utilizing what I deem as a professional organization was worth the price. Your CSR's Morgan and Mary were extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to.

I can highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door. I called on a Sat. and their Rep , Arnold Simpson, was here by 12:00.He checked everything out and gave me options to fix the problems, which he showed me so I would understand what was needed. After receiving my estimate, he completed the work to my great satisfaction in about 1 hour. Arnold was early, knowledgeable, and very Courteous! I had hired Precision once before over 5 yrs. ago and had the same quality level of service. They are number one in my book! Thank you Arnold of Precision Overhead Garage Door.

Very quick response when I called next day appointment. The repair person was on time, professional and courteous. The circuit board inside unit for remotes gave out. Now to decide what to do is use garage opener without remotes or replace the whole unit. And the company waived the service fee. Thank you I recommend the company and will use there services in the future.

Excellent work by Jimmy Johnson; quick, thorough and informative. He diagnosed the problem quickly, replaced the necessary parts and readjusted brackets where necessary. When completed he reset the remotes and explained use and how to maintain the garage parts for maximum preservation. Also, great personality. I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service.

I recently noticed my cables were fraying and I found Precision from a quick online search; I'm very glad I did. They came out the next day and not only replaced the cables but pointed out some other areas that needed attention (new rollers, missing hinges and a sturdy weather strip on the bottom). The technician, Brian, was personable, efficient and very helpful. He explained all the options from the basic cable replacement to the other suggested items. He showed me the various prices first and then completed the repairs in less than 90 minutes. With the new rollers, the door is also a lot quieter, which is a huge bonus. I highly recommend them!

I contacted Precision after reading their reviews on the internet. I was greeted by Tommie, who was very helpful and able to get me an appointment for the very next day. The next morning my technician, Jimmy Johnson, came and assessed my garage door repair needs. Jimmy was punctual, very personable and very knowledgeable. He was able to repair my garage door quickly. My garage door has never worked better and he gave me some much needed instructions on how to maintain the door in good working order. I had no idea what to expect when I had to call for service on my garage door that would not open nor did I know who I should call, I'm so leery of being taken advantage of. I remembered the commercial jingle so I looked Precision Door up and after seeing all the reviews I started feeling more comfortable. The tech that came was Jimmy Johnson. He was very courteous and introduced himself right away and also looked very professional and had his mask on. He came in and identified the problem right away and took care of it immediately. After our garage ceiling began falling down upon opening our garage door one morning and drywall threw our garage door off its track, Griffin was able to come out and repair the problem for us. He even cleaned up the drywall mess for my elderly mother! When I mentioned other concerns we had regarding the functioning of the garage door, he made several recommendations to us with different cost options for us to consider. We ended up getting a new motor installed and updated openers/wall panel, as well as the original repair and "tune up" to our door and are extremely happy with the service. The garage door, that previously sounded like it was going to come crashing down each time it was opened, is now virtually silent and smooth when opened. Thanks!
