Quick response to initial call about a broken part. They were ahead of schedule and called on my cell. Very courteous and as I was driving to meet them called again with questions so they could be ready upon my arrival. They then explained all the options, prices, alternatives, in writing on the i pad. They programmed the cars to control the door and explained other I phone options. They were thorough in their work, were concerned that everything was done correctly, and even called in assistance due to the size of the ultimate work. Joshua Figueroa and his assistant Wayne were excellent. The company was recommended to us by our AC team and they were right on. Thank you.

Outstanding experience with Precision Overheard Garage Door company. We had a home built in 2019 and for the past year both garage doors had been making some very load sounds as they were opening and closing. We contacted the company that installed the doors during construction and they basically said there wasn't much they could do to quiet them down other than apply some lubricant. I did that multiple times but the issues still remained. Then I saw your commercial on TV where your tech said someone called because their doors made sounds like a pterodactyl. Well, mine did as well. So I immediately called for an appointment and in a few days a tech (James Long) arrived, explained what needed to be done and completed the job in less than an hour. Today my doors are finally quiet. I am very impressed with the way your company operates and kudos to my tech James who arrived on time, was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. And bottom line: James fixed my garage doors.

I received excellent service today from Jose and the lady who answered the phone when I called around noon today. My husband accidentally hit our garage door with his car so we couldn't put door down. The technician, Jose came out 4 hours later and we very sympathetic. I thought it was a fair price and he was done in 45 minutes. My motor is 20 years old but it is still working so he suggested that we wait till it finally goes out. He easily could have told me that I needed it immediately. I will only call Precision Door Service/Jose for any future needs. Great company and service!!!

We called Precision because the hurricane-impact garage door wasn't opening properly with one of the remotes. Noah came out and assessed the situation. He installed a more powerful and quieter garage door opener (3/4 hp versus 1/2 hp). He explained everything to me and the install took about 45 minutes. Noah is a very pleasant young man and knowledgeable about his job. We got two new remotes and everything is working perfectly. Great job all around!

Keith from Precision installed new springs on our double garage door several years ago. We were having more problems so we gave Precision a call and they sent Keith out to take a look. The springs needed adjustment so Keith did that for us at no charge. Appreciated the prompt (called this morning - Keith was here by 11 am) service. Fantastic service! My garage door spring broke and I placed the call for service. The repairman (Jeffrey Pinney) arrived within the hour and was very professional and knowledgable explaining what had happened and what the fix was. Elected to replace the garage door opener which as very old. Installation was completed within an hour. Big Kudos to Precision and their team.
