We needed a new garage door. Based on their reviews, I called. Ana B came out on time to measure, and talk details. I was concerned about it being too noisy. She had some ideas for me to consider. I’m glad I took her recommendation. They let me know they were on the way. I watched. They were very good at their craft. A few hours later, we have a new door that is very quiet. It’s beautifully insulated (thx AB!). It looks like Fort Knox on the inside with all the reinforcing for the storm weather! We love it!

The only critic I have is for those of us that are protective and serious about being vaccinated, the people we are around, and the situations we put ourselves in...it would be nice if your installers/employees would always make sure they're vigilant about maintaining 6 feet -12 feet of contact from the home owners or best case scenario announce wether they are fully vaccinated.

Everyone has a different set of priorities. Mine is PROFESSIONALISM in service. Prestige has lived up to their name from scheduling my estimate, to follow up, advance notice of the installation, non-cluttered work area, full review of operation of the doors and openers as well as maintenance tips. Since my install I had a problem they responded to immediately and adjusted without a service call fee or charge. I'm a very picky client and I wouldn't consider anyone else for what they do. These guys were GREAT! From the sales lady, Julie the office phone staff to the installers that called ahead as requested. Everyone was very professional and cautious. If I have a project that requires outside services, first impressions count. The person who answers the phone, the salesperson, the marketing of one's company. If it's a good product, the product will sell itself. I look for fair pricing, follow-up thru to installation & then the installation itself. This company meets all of my "go to" wants. The tech (Andrew) that was sent to service our door couldn't have been better. On time, informative, knowledgeable, and best of all, very personable. I had a "popping" in the door when we opened it every time. We looked at all the possibilities of the cause and couldn't find a thing. Finally he noticed the "rack" above the door (where we stored items) had moved just a slight bit and the door was touching it on the way up. Andrew made a minor adjustment and problem solved. Would give Andrew and Precision the highest recommendation possible. We have used them numerous times.
