I chose precision because of the advertisements and also having seen their nice vans during. I wanted a company that had good ratings and looked professional. Brian came even before he was scheduled and was very pleasant and very efficient. He knew immediately what was wrong with my garage door opener and proceeded to remedy the situation.He was very neat, pleasant and knowledgeable. Great company and great service.

Called for service on my garage door opener and they sent Brian Harmon out. The remotes weren't opening or closing the door. Was set to buy a new opener when Brian realized I had put LED bulbs in. We changed them out and all three remotes are working just fine. This is not the first time I've used Precision and I can tell you any more problems I will use them again. Great techs and reasonable prices. Honesty is number one with this company.

Today Brian came out for a general service call. He was extremely helpful and very thorough at explaining everything necessary for us to understand fully our particular garage door and it’s issues. He gave us options to consider for repair/maintenance. Never pushy. Complied with all cdc regulations. Completed the work in a timely manner. Very personable. Couldn’t have asked for a better company or technician. Will definitely use them again!

The garage doors springs where both replaced without any issues. Tech was very knowledgeable. Respectful and friendly. He also was a perfectionist like me. Only negative thing I must share is the price. $800 for 2 springs and bearings is WAY Over priced. Granted I opted for upgraded springs but last time I replaced it only cost me 300 and the springs were also high strength. A fair price would have been 500.

You had scheduled my appointment between 6 PM and 10PM on Saturday June 22, 2019. Your Tech Brian Harmon was not only on time but a half hour early wich was a big help. We were out of state at the time of the problem with our garage door but we had our neighbors Daniel and Martha. avail themselves to be there to let the tech in to do the repair. All went very well. Your tech was professional and very knowledgeable. He contacted me with what was going on with the door and he contacted me again when he was finished. Explained what parts were needed and that he made some minor adjustments to the door and to the springs which help make the door operate smoother and quieter. You have a great company. My service repair guy (Brian Harmon) arrived on time and did a great job. He did a quick check up on the condition of my garage door and determined that I had a broken spring and ball bearings were also damaged/worn. He quickly gave me a quote on all the diffrent types and cost of the associated parts. After agreeing with Brian, he installed the new spring and ball bearings in no time, and fine tuned everything to perfection. He did an awesome job and explained to me proper maintenance procedures to follow i.e. lubrication of all moving parts etc. I highly recommend Precision garage door to all who are looking for a good quality service.
