I applaud and deeply extend a thank you thank the customer service oriented 2 men who visited my home and provided me with just what I needed for my garage door. When my father bought the home initially he had Precision come out to service 3 years ago. Boooooi when the gentleman serviced my door it had proper pole, chain, gears, shifts, all necessary to make my door sound and work as if it were brand new. Work up on Monday morning to an inoperable garage door. :( what a way to start the week. Called Precision and explained the issue, Ashley was very accommodating and scheduled service that day. Brian called just as he was in the neighborhood and said he'd be there in 5-10 minutes. Right on time.. He checked the issue and explained the options to repair and get us going.. Replaced the springs, chain link drive with a screw drive (who knew it was way quieter) replaced the motor (from 1998), installed new remotes and got everything in working order within 3 hours. Easy options to finance on the website. Walked me through the operations and upgrades :).. very very pleased! Thanks again

Great service. Bryan Stewart was our tech. He called to let us know when he would arrive. We needed a new opener. Bryan presented three options and explained each thoroughly. After installation he went over the controls and even reprogrammed our cars to link with the new opener. Highly recommend both Bryan and Precision.

This was the second garage door opener that Precision installed for me. Brian the tech did a great job and explained all the new hardware operations. Needed to repair the outside keypad because the 9 volt battery contact fell apart. A new keypad was installed. V E R Y V E R Y E X P E N S I V E ! The installer was very nice and helpful and asked twice if there was anything else he could do.

I have done business with Precision Door five or six times over the 21.5 years I have lived at this residence. Always been happy with the service and the company reps that come. Yesterday Bryan and Stewart fit that same mold very curteous and very good at what they were doing. Made repairs timely and since I was on a time crunch they helped me meet my goals. i had a broken cable on one side of the door. I had a broken cable many years ago. We did not replace years ago but we did yesterday. I did not think that was warranted based on the age of the spring. Ended up also changing the winders the cable runs on because new cables were thicker and required a winder winder. that repair then required a new spring. Just felt I had extra expense that wasn't necessary. Both men were professional, friendly and good. But in the end I felt I spent more money than was needed for the repair.
