Was pleased with the service and technician. Was not pleased with the price of the bearings. Being I was in the repair business for over 37 years, I thought the bearings were way overpriced. 5 for the service, 2 for the price of the bearings.

My garage door opener quit working on Saturday. I called Precision and they came the same day arrived between the time frame the dispatcher indicated. My tech was very knowledgeable... by just looking at the door moves he figured out that there was screws and nuts missing. My tech replaced them with new ones and door was back to normal. Thanks to the BEST Precision and their team for the great service!!!
