He gave me three repair choices with the price plan, answered my quesfions not pushing one plan over another. Gave me estimated times for completion and met them. Also, three methods of payment. I was very pleased with the service I received on July 27. I called that morning, hoping to set an appointment, and the operator suggested that the technicians could come out later today. A complete overall of my garage door system was done in about 90 minutes, with two competent fellows making the necessary upgrades. The door operates in a silent fashion, like I have never experienced before. I am happy not to have to operate the door manually as I have for the past year or so.

I'm giving them 10 stars. Not only were they extremely pleasant on the phone my tech explained all my options as far as additional work that I might want to have done the the future.I had my torsion springs replaced and sensors changed out in a little over 1.5 hours. I made numerous calls to other companies last week and for the most part they sounded like they were reading script - very impersonal! Precision will be my go to in the future.

Five stars for Jordan! He came the same day my garage door broke and fixed it for a good price. He was very professional and easy yo talk to. He was patient and sweet with my son which made me extra happy. He fixed my garage door with only a tiny dent left, the dent is barely noticeable. Thanks Jordan for a great job!

$866 for a two spring door replacement seems far over the top. The service tech called me prior to commencing the job. There are two sides to every story, but in my opinion he made it sound much worse than 2 springs. Talked about tracks, and rollers, etc. etc That call was at 2:04 pm at 3:08 pm he was done with work and collecting money on the phone. Never again, overpriced.
