Heavy garage door spring broke on a Saturday. Door very heavy and car stuck inside. Called Precision and within an hour and half a technician was at residence making a repair. Provided estimate on different repair methods and performed thorough inspection of existing system. Technician very knowledgeable and completed all requested repairs in a quick manner. Very pleased with service.

I was pleased by prompt response Install and repair work was done very quickly and efficiently Installers were very qualified, cleaned everything up after completing the job. They explained and demonstrated the new equipment making me comfortable to operate the new wall opener which replaced a very old unit Door works well and silently compared to previous operation. My garage door opener failed, so I called Precision. Within 24 hours they had come out and replaced my old opener with a new, smoother, quieter opener that was superior to my original unit. Their technicians were friendly and knowledgeable and lead technician Keith Allen did a super job. They did a complete assessment of my existing door & hardware, and reviewed the use an operation of the new unit with me. My overall experience with Precision was exceptional and I would highly recommend them.

I would recommend Precision garage door service to anyone who would need their garage door serviced, repaired or replaced. Keith did an outstanding job fixing my garage door opener. Using the yellow pages , I found Precision"s ad and called them. Within an hour , Keith was knocking on my door. He gave me an estimate, fixed the opener, and was gone in an hour. Even though he was working in a very hot garage,Keith was very pleasant and efficient. Awesome job!

Prompt!!! Went to their Web Wednesday evening, phone call by 10am Thursday. Technician out by 11:30am Thursday. gave me 2 choices to repair door and replace opener or replace door and replace opener. Repaired the door and replaced opener done by 2pm Thursday. Great service..

While I wasn't expecting to pay what I paid today the guys (Keith and Zachary) were top notch. Very courteous, very knowledgeable and they explained everything they were going to do. They basically rebuilt my garage door with new springs, rollers, belt drive and remotes. Highly recommended.
