Had my first encounter with your company this past week when I needed some repair work done on my door, and was very happy with the quality of service I received from my service tech, Keith Allen. He was knowledgeable, friendly, clean-cut, professional, and courteous - everything you could ask for when a stranger comes into your home. I contacted your company because your ad said that you made evening and weekend calls, so I was a little surprised that I was unable to get someone out the same day (especially since I was a little concerned about my garage door letting loose on my car), but Keith made it out the day after and gave me quite an education on garage door maintenance!

Keith inspected the issues with our door and he thoroughly explained what was wrong. He quoted a couple options to do the repair. I was considering replacing the door opener also, but once he fixed the door itself, he said replacing the opener at this time wasn't necessary. I sincerely appreciated his honesty. It was also nice chatting with Keith about the company. It's refreshing to hear an employee speak so proudly of who they work for and how the business started and has grown. Very impressive. Precision Door is on my contractor "keep list"! You guys are great.

I am very happy with the repair/service I had today. Keith was friendly AND professional, and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. When he had the spring replaced, he didn't like the sound of it, and took the time to make another adjustment to one of the pulleys on the end- so it now runs quieter than it ever has- and the original door was installed by a company whose name I will not mention...I will definitely recommend your company to my friends.

I came into contact with Precision through an old A-1 Garage Doors telephone number I had on the back of the garage door. I needed the bottom seal-strip to be replaced. So, in essence this was a cold-call on my part. The receptionist was cordial; she set up an appointment for the next day. A few minutes later she called back because a service tech became available for same day service. Keith Allen was the service tech. He provided a thorough review and explanation of the garage door system and e-mailed an comprehensive analyses.
