Noah was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He explained everything in an easy to understand manner. He worked quickly and was very respectful. From start to finish it took less than 24 hours from scheduling an appointment to having the door back in full working order. There was an issue with a fraying cable and a tension spring that needed to be replaced. Also, opted to have the wheels swapped out for new nylon ones which extended the Warranty on the work 2 additional years. Having the door fully serviced was 1/4 of the price of getting a new door.

I heard a loud noise when I raised the garage door. Thankfully the door opened completely. I immediately called Precision Garage Door. The technician actually called to say he could come earlier than scheduled. He replaced the springs and wheels on the door and instructed me on how and where to lubricate the parts. He arrived with a mask on. Once he looked at the door, he provided me with 2 options and didn't push the more expensive one. He was done in a few hours, cleaned everything up before he left. He was very pleasant and courteous the entire time.

Noah Geer was the technical engineer that came to me today. What a gem! I had tried everything I could thing of to get my garage door to close, as I was in a hurry to leave. Noah instantly discovered the problem. Today was trash day. Upon bringing the can in the garage, I bumped the sensor without noticing. It failed to make contact with the adjacent side. Noah was sweet, kind and never once did he make me feel inferior. This error was completely my fault and I have learned a lesson today from someone very caring.

My garage door spring broke about 7:00 PM on New Years Day. After making an online appointment I decided to call, as well. Got an appointment for the morning of the next day! The tech, Noah called about 20 minutes before arriving at 8:00 AM. He explained exactly what was needed and what my options were. No hard sell - just the facts. I selected what I wanted and he went to work. Very professional, knowledgeable, and capable. The job was done in well under two hours and the door works better than ever. Over priced. Cost me $720.00 My door got jammed and was out of alignment. Was told I had to replace 4 yr old springs. Long story short 1 1/2 hr of labor and about $50.00 worth of materials that was my cost. A little extreme I think.
