My garage door spring broke about 7:00 PM on New Years Day. After making an online appointment I decided to call, as well. Got an appointment for the morning of the next day! The tech, Noah called about 20 minutes before arriving at 8:00 AM. He explained exactly what was needed and what my options were. No hard sell - just the facts. I selected what I wanted and he went to work. Very professional, knowledgeable, and capable. The job was done in well under two hours and the door works better than ever. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door repairs.

Over priced. Cost me $720.00 My door got jammed and was out of alignment. Was told I had to replace 4 yr old springs. Long story short 1 1/2 hr of labor and about $50.00 worth of materials that was my cost. A little extreme I think.

I really appreciate the way that I was treated by PGD from the initial call with my concerns and the prompt appointment to have my door fixed. Mr. Noah Geer was the technician assigned to deal with my problem. He was excellent, courteous, gave me all the information I need to make an informed decision. He explained the process and how long it was going to take. He also went out of his way to make sure that after he changed the necessary parts to make the door safe and functional that I understood what parts may need to be replaced in the future. His expertise was very much appreciated. This is the second time that I use PGD and all I can say is that I highly recommend this company to any one who needs their services. He located the problem with the garage door( slow to open) and gave us his recommendations to correct that issue plus updating other parts to the door that were in need of replacement due to age/use. WOW!!!! We made a service call late Friday, and they scheduled appointment between 6-8 pm. Noah was our service tech. He called us before arriving at the scheduled time. He recognized the problem right away and gave us several options. This young man was one of the "best" tech for any kind of service we have had over the years. The service is a little pricey, but we went with it because of Noah's honest opinion to fix the problem. He was absolutely thomrough going over everything he did, and explained operation of new opening system installed, plus we also added a new Linear garge door opener. Noah is a very young man, but he knows what he is doing. He is extremely professional, polite, and extremely efficient doing his work. Precision Garage Door is pricey, but you pay for quality work.

We have seen your ad on TV. We were impressed with how quickly we were able to get service, in fact arrived sooner than expected which was great. Noah's visit was to install a keypad, which he did. He also noticed the age of my garage door opener , we talked, he quoted me a price, and then he replaced the motor. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and very pleasant. I called Precision because I have received excellent service by excellent employees on three or four occasions in the past. Five Star rating - They came within the time they stated and called before coming. WE called the company we usually used and they couldn't come until Monday to check our garage door which wouldn't open. Appointment was made and on time. Technician was polite. Seemed to have no idea what the problem was initially. Asked lots of questions as to wether I'd spoken to other repair companies. Came back after investigating and said it was a broken spring. I couldn't believe I'd never noticed it split in two before, much less a trained technician! Said it was $540 for springs that work and $240 plus tax for another part I needed. Presented it in a trained sales technique I should never have fallen for. I thought it was high, but didn't know and wanted to get it done so said yes. I looked up what it really should have cost ( $200-$300) I paid $760 after a 'coupon' he applied when I said I was paying way too much. I was totally ripped off by your company!....More fool me, but I will definitely not use you again or recommend you.....unless the extremely expensive springs under a 5 yr warranty break?

We called Precision because the hurricane-impact garage door wasn't opening properly with one of the remotes. Noah came out and assessed the situation. He installed a more powerful and quieter garage door opener (3/4 hp versus 1/2 hp). He explained everything to me and the install took about 45 minutes. Noah is a very pleasant young man and knowledgeable about his job. We got two new remotes and everything is working perfectly. Great job all around!
