I am very happy with my decision to go with Precision. I have been managing a big project, having a 2,000+ sq ft steel building installed on my property that serves as a garage, barn, workshop, and gym. I wanted a farm style barn door look but the initial quote was way out of my budget and we didn't have enough room with the height of the garage portion. I was able to get alternate options within my budget. The scheduling time they gave for ordering the door was accurate, and they could install within 2 days of the door arriving. I initially scheduled for the door to be installed on a Friday the following week (electric was still being installed) but due to the incoming CAT 3 hurricane I called Monday and requested an earlier install date. They got me in first thing in the morning on Wednesday and the install was done by lunch. They also didn;t require power to install and test the opener, they brought a generator and did all the programing, all I have to do is plug it in when the power install is complete. Overall I'm so happy with the flexibility, communication, and options they provided to get not my dream garage door, but a great door in my budget.

We wanted to replace our garage door and opener and got quotes from 3 different companies. One quote was inflated with $800 of add-ons and we disregarded them. The other two were comparable, but we liked the responses that we got from Precision. Jim Stark was great to work with, even though we went back and forth a couple of times as we changed our mind on some options. They handled the permits for us, and were here for the install right on time, as promised. Robert and Sherman did a fantastic job on the install, AND had great taste in music. They were both friendly and professional. The work was done quickly and they left my garage spotless when they were done. We couldn’t have asked for a better job. We highly recommend the folks at Precision.

Melanie guided us through the design process and we ordered the door , when we had to go back north early Precision said no problem, they would store it until we returned to Dunedin. when I called and said we would be flying in for just a week they arranged to install the door on schedule. the installers were great. Awesome service! Appt scheduled at my convenience, tech called before arrival and was on time. Tech was able to quickly trouble shoot the problem and fixed it very quickly. I purchased my doors (one double, one single) about 9 months ago, one door simply needed lubrication. Tech was efficient, courteous and very knowledgeable. We had a new Garage Door installed on August 7. We love it, it looks great, it is better insulated and much more quiet than our old door. It is also higher rated for wind. Julie was very knowledgeable when she came out to give us and estimate on what a new door would cost. Our installer was also very professional and went to work and didn't stop till it was done.
