scheduled appointment was between 3 and 5 pm but did not arrive untill after 6pm because very busy I guess. Other than that service was five star and satisfactory. Technicians seemed knowledgeable and efficient. Improved operation of garage door and did not pressure for more expenditure. Would recommend service to others.

I found out about Precision from a truck near my house. I looked them up online and liked everything that I saw regarding the company. John Tsangarinos was the technician that came out to my house. He was very nice and very informative. He gave me several option on what to do with the door repair. I had to have Rollers replaced, brackets, replace the opener and the keypad entry. The door is like new. John even took the time to program the opener through my car. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

The service provided today by Master Service Technician John T. was outstanding. We needed new springs and a new garage door opener installed. John and his partner arrived early, sat down with me and explained the issue, and provided me with options in fixing the problem. Not only did John provide great and efficient service, he also had superior customer service which is hard to come by these days. Keep up the great work :-) We will definitely refer friends/neighbors to Precision if ever the need arises.

John arrived at my home earlier than the time given and that worked out great!! The garage door opener broke the day before and john installed a new opener tuned up and fixed some issues with our garage doors and I had home put in another door opener on the single garage door. I am very happy with the service

I qwas referred to you by my cousin who recently had a new opener installed for his garage door. I then saw your ad in the newspaper with coupons for reduced rated. I called for an appointment and today John Tsangarinos came and installed a new opener for us. He also put in a new coil spring, rollers for the doors, a keypad and even programmed our car to open the door. He was most courteous and answered all questions to my satisfaction. We chose Precision from the "Hillsborough County 2014 TrustDale Verified Home Services" guide. We chose Precision because you have been in business the longest. We also saw an ad on TV. Our remotes were not working. We called and were pleasantly surprised you could come that afternoon/evening. John inspected/tested the opener and after discussion with him, we decided to have him install a new opener, Linear is what it says on the side of the new opener. We are very satisfied with his professionalism and the completed work.

Had everything replaced on garage door, springs rollers, etc, also had a new garage opener installed. tech's name was Richard, I believe, just glanced at his badge. he was friendly, curtious, and did an excellent job. Actually although he was here to do a job , my husband and I both enjoyed his company, was very friendly. he explained everything and was very perfeshional. was not planning on purchasing a new garage door at this particular time, but knew it would need to be replaced shortly, because of the tech's pleasantness and professionalism decided to go ahead and purchase garage door opener since he was already at the house. I would rate this tech with a number 5. choose this company out of pure luck, picked the name from phone book.
