Current Genie Door was 29 plus years old and worked well but some noisy. Tried to fix it but made the decision that it was time for a new unit. Installed and gone in a little over an hour. Service was great and work was done efficiently and timely.

On Saturday my garage door would not open at all. Both my cars were in there and we could not get out. This company sent someone the same day whom was very nice and professional. He did the work quick and the price was not outrageous due to it being the weekend. I would call them again if needed. I also got a 7 year warranty on the parts and labor, very nice!

I had great service again! I tried to give 5 star but only 4 could be selected. I called on a Sunday morning and had an appointment the same day in the afternoon. Andrew was an hour earlier than scheduled. I was not at the house and he was patient and waited for me to arrive. He was very professional and explained all the work he recommended. I appreciated how he saved me money by fixing my door and not just replacing it. He was fast and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend Precision to all my friends.
