My dear Mr. Jim Rapp, Almost two years sgo I contacted your company to try to help me with my broken garage door, It was very easy to see that it would have to be replaced and so one of you fine techs put in a new door for my wife and I. It was quickly put up and been working daily for us. While cleaning the vinal strip around the door in Nov. I saw daylight at the top and saw the top was bending in, I had seen that befor on my old door and I knew it would only get worse ,so this time I wanted to nip it in the bud befor the whole door fell like befor, I contacted your company fully expecting to have to pay for this service , Starting from the receptionest who took my info all the way to greeting your fine technicians that made the repairs,everything was handled so politely and professionally , and we were so amazed at how fast they made the repair, and then to find out it was no charge, WOW, TWO THUMBS UP my wife and I only reccomend your company to anyone we see and talk to. I used Precision for a repair to my current Genie garage door opener. Ed, and his teammate, were scheduled to be here between 4p-6p (Thank you for not giving your customers a 4-6 hour window to be sitting and waiting!!!) and they arrived shortly after 4pm. They were both very thorough with the work that needed to be done and they took the time to explain the repair to me. During the repair, the called me out to explain to me what was being done and then again when the job was finished. The two of them had the BEST attitudes!!!! Very friendly and funny too. That made me, as the customer, feel very much at ease with them both. I will recommend Precision to all my friends/family who may need new equipment or who may need a repair. My overall experience was terrific from the moment I called and set up my appointment to when my techs left the house. All around amazing experience. Thanks Precision!!!!

The technician arrived on time and performed the evaluation of our old garage door opener (21 years old) which was not operational. He installed a new, much quieter and nicer unit very quickly, after informing us of what it would cost to replace the part on the old unit first and then giving us the option of replacing the entire unit which we chose to do. I would recommend this company to my neighbors whose homes and door systems are just about the same age as ours was.

The previous owner of the house I just bought in April had the garage door spring replaced in January and was very pleased with the service provided, which is why I decided to contact Precision when my door started acting flaky. Sure enough, I was just as satisfied with the service and the tech, Matt. He walked into my garage and knew the problem right away. Once he replaced the safety sensors, the door worked like a charm! I will definitely keep Precision on speed dial if my garage door misbehaves again!
