I was very pleased with the door I received from Precision Door in Pasco County. The estimator that came out was very nice and friendly she took all my information and got me an estimate that was great. I even got a military discount for being a veteran. They came out on a Saturday on both occasions they did my install on a Saturday they were on time and very fast. I would recommend them to anyone.

One of our garage doors stopped opening up. I called on a Wednesday afternoon, and they said they would have someone out on Friday around noon. Jim arrived on time, diagnosed and repaired the problem (wiring issue) at no charge, as it was covered by their 7 year warranty. Very pleased!

This is my second time I reached out to Precision and again they have delivered. Chris Stephens called as expected, he showed up, checked the issued and made recommendations. I ended up spending a bit more than I was expecting, but that was totally on me since I wanted to make sure everything I wanted done was done. I was super pleased with the workmanship and professionalism from Chris. I know I received the service I paid for and peace of mind. Chris explained all options and what was available. Friday night, end of the week, ready to relax. CRASH! The garage door goes down. Called Precision and was welcomed by Amy who was friendly, efficient and she got us in for appointment later in the day. Wesley arrived even before the time span given, he was polite, friendly and efficient. We realized he was also knowledgeable when he went over all our options with explanations to all of our questions. Precision is lucky to have Westley on their team, we are so happy. Talent like Westley sould be rewarded.

Superior work and quality. Bryan and Stacey were prompt, courteous and experienced. Full explanation followed they install including programing of a control on one of our vehicles that we did not no existed. Highly recommended. Everything except the rails and door were replaced on our 16 year old system.

I was pleased with the service and the personality of your technician although I feel your pricing was off the chart. I think the parts and service I received was way over priced. I did not like the way the pricing was explained to me on a hand written note pad. I did some research first on pricing before the technician arrived and felt I was taken advantage of for the repair. I should have went with my gut and saved myself 400.00 dollars. Unless you have money to burn I would not recommend your service

Keith from Precision installed new springs on our double garage door several years ago. We were having more problems so we gave Precision a call and they sent Keith out to take a look. The springs needed adjustment so Keith did that for us at no charge. Appreciated the prompt (called this morning - Keith was here by 11 am) service.
