Our garage door spring broke on the day of trash disposal, ugh! My husband was at work and I had to go to work. When my husband got home he connected with Precision Overhead Garage Door service online and through a chat got an appointment for repairs the very next day. Shane (tech) was promptly on time and gave us multiple quotes, to include only the spring replacement, and options to replace bearings and rollers that were worn out. We decided that since this was original in 1994 that additional options would be the way to go. Shane had the door in great working order, and whisper smooth, in under two hours. We would definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing repair or replacement of garage doors!

We had a garage door emergency on Labor Day and I called Precision (being a first time customer). I believe I spoke with Chelsea who was very polite and friendly. Our appointment was scheduled to be about 4-6 hours from when I called. We were lucky enough to have Mike Fanning as our technician. Mike was very professional, friendly, and got our garage door back operating better than ever in about 1 hour. I actually thought it would take another visit to get it repaired. Mike took the time to show me how to do some routine maintenance, answered ALL my questions and left with our garage looking like he was never there. Definitely consider Precision our garage door service company. Very pleased!

When our garage doors stopped functioning I needed to find a reliable company to take a look. And of course, this happened the night before the start of the Labor Day holiday weekend. Although these doors are on our house, they are very tall commercial grade doors which require more expertise to repair. Very impressed with the responsiveness; professionalism of the customer service and repair teams; details of the various options available depending on my objectives; the repair itself; and the follow-up after the job was complete. Because we plan on this being our "forever home", we opted to replace the motors and majority of moving parts as opposed to patching. Doors work wonderfully and the cost was reasonable. My daughter used your services in the past year & was very happy with your work & service thus why I called you. I was surprised at getting an appointment the next day seeing as it wasn't an emergency, just afraid the bracket would break all the way & possibly having the door fall on my car. Its hard to pick from the service & products because other than buying a new door which was in good shape, everything else was purchased & rebuilt. There was no way to click on everything that was purchased. The technician Christian Walker called when he was on his way. He inspected & explained everything in a way I could understand.
