The technician Mike was able to complete the repair in a timely manner. He also tried to help me program my garage door remote which I was having problems with. I have used Precision Garage Door before and that is why I called them again for this repair.

We had a new Garage Door installed on August 7. We love it, it looks great, it is better insulated and much more quiet than our old door. It is also higher rated for wind. Julie was very knowledgeable when she came out to give us and estimate on what a new door would cost. Our installer was also very professional and went to work and didn't stop till it was done.

We had a lighting strike and we called and Chad came out immediately and replaced our garage door opener in no time at all. He was professional and a very nice guy. He even programmed my husbands car so he could continue to use the built in opener he was used to. Very happy with the service and will use them again if we have any other problems.

I have always worked with Precision so when I was having trouble with my door not staying closed, I called them. They came the same day, gave me the option of replacing my opener or repairing the old one. The installation of the new unit and several other replacements only took less than 2 hours. They are knowledgeable, helpful and always give excellent customer service. Two thumbs up!

When I called your company and asked the receptionist what the cost would be to replace a broken spring she told me it would be anywhere from $65.00 to $120.00 per spring. I scheduled an appointment and the Tech came and looked at the problem and gave me 3 choices of which the least expensive would be $532.00. He also said the bearings needed to be replaced. My question is if I got the least expensive springs how can the bearings cost an additional $400.00.

5 stars for Precision, they were very flexible with their appointment setting and did what they could to accommodate our working schedule. Chris called prior to arriving which was very nice. He did an excellent job and would highly recommend him and this company. In the end we needed to replace our garage motor and Chris took his time to help us reprogram our cars. Excellent service and above all very polite.

Absolutely 5 stars experience! After I received over $400 quote from a different company who told me I would have to replace some parts to be able to operate my garage door, Mike came over and told me no parts had to be replaced. It took him less than 2 minutes to have my garage door back working. Mike also did a complete check up and charged me nothing!! This is probably the most honest garage door company!
