I was pleased with the service and the personality of your technician although I feel your pricing was off the chart. I think the parts and service I received was way over priced. I did not like the way the pricing was explained to me on a hand written note pad. I did some research first on pricing before the technician arrived and felt I was taken advantage of for the repair. I should have went with my gut and saved myself 400.00 dollars. Unless you have money to burn I would not recommend your service

Keith from Precision installed new springs on our double garage door several years ago. We were having more problems so we gave Precision a call and they sent Keith out to take a look. The springs needed adjustment so Keith did that for us at no charge. Appreciated the prompt (called this morning - Keith was here by 11 am) service. Keith also recommended replacing the garage door opener as it is running slow, which we plan to do soon. Thanks Precision! Thanks Keith!!!

The technician Keith Allen came out to my house today programmed my remote and programmed my car to the garage door to open and close the garage door. He also replaced the springs on the garage door. I will use precision door again and would recommend precision doors to anyone.

I called this morning (3/19) in a panic. My garage door wouldn’t open on its own. I called Precision and greeted by Danielle! Very helpful. They sent out Tech Keith! Excellent, knowledgeable, discussed my options and I approved the seervice. It was completed in an hour. Programmed all my remotes and checked entire system, explained everything to me and asked if if I had any questions!! Very impressed! Glad I called Precision!! Thank you !! My garage door openers started working up (they are very old) and had Precision come out to give me a quotation on putting new ones in. My old ones came with the house and where installed in 1998. Service tech was very professional and provided a quotation and recommended some additional items (cable and rollers for the big door). Agreed to the items and he finished everything. My garage door has never been as quite and now it works with our cars as well. Very pleased with the quality and professionalism of this company. I would highly recommend.
