I have never ever has such perfect customer service from a company. I met two installer/tecnicians. Both were great. I know that the product is right for me, that I learned everything about my new product, and got terrific value! Thank you, I wish your service was universal through out the service industry. Teach some classes! First I was offered a check to see if it just needed repair. Well no, not after 23 years. I am happy and very content with service and products. Way more that were indicated from the dropdowns offered.

I have used Precision Door Service for about 20 years. Needing to replace a very old door opener, of course I called Precision again. I called and was given a choice of appointment times including that day if I chose. The service man actually called and was able to come earlier than my time slot if it was convenient. He explained my options and installed my new opener and explained the functions. I was pleased with his efficiency and the overall experience with Precision. I would recommend this company highly based on all my experiences.

young man did a great job..... knowing the price of everything has gone up and have been in the AC service business, i am aware of the need to mark up parts, i was surprised by the cost of bearings.... that said, i understand that the mark up pays a lot of your overhead. i do not question your billing and appreciate the ability to help me out today.

I was able to get an appointment for a yearly tune-up in less than 24 hours, although I did not have an emergency. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an e-mail confirming the appointment and informing me in advance of which technician had been assigned (photo included!). I received a courtesy call prior to the arrival of the technician. With my permission, the technician (Mike) arrived EARLY! Mike was professional and followed CDC guidelines. He finished the job in a timely manner, explained to me what was done, and gave me tips regarding preventative maintenance between yearly tune-ups. I was a 1st time customer, and I will be a returning customer.

1. Why I chose Precision: Prior customer, as well as Service 24/7 2. Service Performed by Kevin, was truly 5 stars. Very polite, professional, knowledgeable, patient and understanding. Quickly understood my concerns, and after a thorough test and check of both my garage doors (RV Door & Dual Auto door), he walked me trough what was causing my issues, and explained how he would be able to correct the faults. Following my authorization to proceed, he performed the necessary procedures, including replacement of parts; and then thoroughly went through a demonstration of both doors and their performance, asking me if I was able to notice the difference. Almost back to what I remembered when they were initially installed! Thank you very much! I truly believe "CUSTOMER SERVICE" is what business should concentrate more on. Your firm is excellent in this category.

LOVE, LOVE LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT YOUR COMPANY. ESPECIALLY THAT YOU HAVE PICTURES OF THE EMPLOYEES. GREAT SERVICE. MY SERVICEMAN (CHRIS) WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO FIX MY BROKEN DOOR. HE REPLACED THE RUBBER GASKET ON THE BASE OF THE DOOR. THE CHALLENGE WAS THAT I HAD HIT THE DOOR WITH MY CAR AND THE BASE WAS IN AN UNSTATELY MESS. i RECOMMEND PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE TO EVERYONE. I'VE BEEN USING THEM FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS. Our installation technician was Jesus Echevarria who was polite, efficient & through. He removed the old door and hardware, cleaned everything up and did a great job installing the new door and hardware giving me a rundown on it's function and lubrication requirements. The cost and quality was very good and being a cheep old DYI guy I'm quite satisfied with Precision and would not hesitate to recommend them.
