I’m a service technician and a do-it-yourselfer type but some things are best left to the professionals. I also read reviews before I select a product or company to use so I called Precision Garage Door Services because of their great ratings. I had a great experience from the beginning to the end. Chris P. came out and I am very grateful that he did! (By the way Chris, Thank You again for your service to our great country we live in!) Chris is a top notch professional that not only takes pride in his work, but is also apt and willing to teach. I am very impressed as I learned a lot about the in’s and out’s of garage doors! I was amazed to see the pricing for a broken spring up to $900. The salesman/technician was very courteous I have no problem with him. The marketing however was a bad experience my soccer and experience and pricing with this company. I previously refused to purchase a new garage door from them because of over pricing.

He was well versed in the product and its installation. I would recommend him and your entire organization to anyone with the need for your product. One question; why is your telephone number missing from your TV ad? Your Jacksonville partner lists it. Before I retired, one lesson I learned, make it easy as possible for your customer to contact you without forcing them to go through any unnecessary steps.

I really appreciate the way that I was treated by PGD from the initial call with my concerns and the prompt appointment to have my door fixed. Mr. Noah Geer was the technician assigned to deal with my problem. He was excellent, courteous, gave me all the information I need to make an informed decision. He explained the process and how long it was going to take. He also went out of his way to make sure that after he changed the necessary parts to make the door safe and functional that I understood what parts may need to be replaced in the future. His expertise was very much appreciated. This is the second time that I use PGD and all I can say is that I highly recommend this company to any one who needs their services. They are very professional and do a great job. They don't cut corners and you can expect a job well done. Kudos.

I could not be more appreciative of the response today by Precision Garage Door. I backed into my garage door resulting in it being jammed in the door frame. PGD dispatched a technician with an hour! The technician Robert Trottier could no have been nicer. He was very customer focused. He kept me informed and understood my need to be able to get out of the garage by a certain! Excellent Service!! The connection between my door and opener. I was upset in what I thought was a poor job Brian explained why it had been done. He then installed the newest mount. It is definitely a better mount. Brian and his helper were quick, proficient, and courtous. They exp!aimed everything and even advised as to what was the best style opener.

We saw your ad on TV July 2 and called the next day to see about repairs to our garage door. At 11 am Kevin was at our home and he was such a knowledgeable and friendly technician. He diagnosed the problems and gave us an estimate. He said it would take him 1-1/2 hours which I thought was impossible but he came through. We are very satisfied and you are lucky to have Kevin on your team.

I chose Precision based on the good reviews of all the services they provide. Precision's staff and the installer (Mike Boyle) was very professional and very through in doing their job and making sure the customer was aware of what was taking place. My garage door opener was long overdue and had served us well, we had an original "Over Door" garage door opener installed when we had or home build 25 years ago, which finally died. I liked that Mike came in and did the necessary test to assure the remote/opener, etc had really died before quickly resorting to quickly trying to sell me a new garage door opener, like many companies try to do, before assessing the problem. Thus far I'm happy that I chose Precision for my garage door issue, and I will be recommending Precision to anyone I know that may have any garage issues. Thanks Precision and Mike.

Precision was an excellent choice when our garage door key pad needed to be reprogrammed. Tim was efficient, courteous and helpful and even left us instructions for how to fix it ourselves if it ever happens again. He didn't try to sell us products or services we didn't need.
