JERRY gave us an early phone call to alert us of the impending arrival of the Precision Garage Door Team, and to have the garage area clear of cars and obstacles. Upon JERRY and SHERMANS arrival, they were very professional and quick. Once the install was complete JERRY put the garage door “ through it’s paces “ and lubricated it thoroughly, and instructed me on bi-monthly lubrication points of the garage door.

He was more interested in convincing me I needed to replace the garage door equipment then going over what he had actually done. The technician that installed my unit was better at actually explaining the finished product. I take care of this house for an absent neighbor. (P.s. I am 90 yrs old) no one else with me to question him which a mistake on my part. Unfort unatel I mentioned the amount involved that I had told the neighbor (out of town) what it would cost but I don't think the tech performed all the services that were given to me on Work order 4693400 on May 3, 2019 by Isak Zenkic,who was more explanatory. I question if indeed the same charge (more or less) invovled all I had done when you installed my garage motor. Remiss on my part but the distraction created by Jason about replacing her garage door rollers etc was disconcertining and you ight say "I did not come too until after I received the quote on what I had paid for) Note 6 items on mine compared to 3 on the report for Judy Wojxik Chittum at 8616 Gold Pine Drive. I would like another tech to come by and explain exactly what was done....and why the high pressure to replace the parts on the garage door which the quote he gave me was very high. He did say when he left that he would give me a separate quote on the garage door replacement parts but he did not leave it in my mailbox as he said he was going to. I kind of lost confidence in the company. We had used your company per past but now am not sure after this encounter. I know when I did not completely understand my insjtallation, the company allowed Isak to come and go over it with me again which I appreciated. I am a widow and perhaps and feeling I might have been taken advantage of.

Jordan did a thorough evaluation of the garage door and we determine other than the broken springs, the door needed new rollers and bearings. The job was done in a timely manner and the job site was left clean. Jordan explained in detailed what he was doing during the installation of the part. I have a mechanical background so I know if something did not sound right but he was very professional straightforward and did not try to up sell service. After all the facts were presented, I notified my boss (my wife) of the repairs needed and she gave me her blessing to continue with the repair. Happy wife, happy life. Outstanding service done by Jordan and Precision overhead door.

I have used Precision over 10 years for my garage door needs. Just recently had to have the motor and belt replaced. Tech arrived on time of appointment. It was determined could repair the old motor but be so expensive decided to go with a new motor. He replaced the motor, belt, railing, sensiors, and door panel in less than hour and half. He was very knowledgeable and experience how to put in the new parts. I was as pleased with their work this time as I have been in the past. I would highly recommend them. Also another plus they carry the parts needed on the truck so able to get it fixed the same day.

Called Precision Garage Doors last night (8/28/19 as my garage door wouldn't open. Told the receptionist I needed an appointment for the following day which she made for me between 10 and 2. About 12:15 Kevin Cutolo called me and said he would be by in about 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem as a spring breakage, which blew the motor on the opener. He also stated the end bearings on the right and left side needed replacing. Asked him to make the repairs. He was very professional in his explanation of the issues to me, he left the job site clean of debris and ensured everything was in correct working condition before he left. I am highly satisfied with this experience

I backed into the garage door on Sunday when I left for church. We were not able to close the door. We were so pleased when Chris Johnson was able to put the roller back on the track and the door worked fine again. We had 18year old springs so while he was hear he replaced them.
