Mike was extremely professional and explained what he thought was needed. The time he took to replace the bar, chain and motor unit was about an hour. He was very amiable and apparently knew his craft. He explained the features of the opener and the remotes. The options he provided were straight forward and he made sure I understood the basic operation. Good service and should I need added service I will call you.

The service man that came out was great, very professional!!! I bought two garage door openers for my car, however they had two buttons, I would like a garage door openers with one button, not two. I not comfortable with two buttons, I'm older, one button would of been nice. Its a rental property, I don't have two garage doors. Thank you, Peggy Peters

Called because garage door opener was malfunctioning. I was sure it needed to be replaced. I spoke with the telephone operator who was very pleasant and scheduled my repair for later that morning. We had (2) new garage doors installed replacing and upgrading everything in Almond. The quality and workmanship was outstanding. The Technician had 26 years experience and it showed. He wasted no time and we are pleased with the outcome. A little pricy but well worth it. We would most definitely recommend Precision Overhead Garage Doors to anyone looking for a complete overhaul or a new complete install.

I called on the morning of 10-27-2017 had service the same day. Brian my service tech was very nice and he knew how to take care of an old door that had many moving parts. He took care of it in about an hour and he alone did it. So glad to have door working better than it had in a long time. It cost me but they worked with me and that I very much appreciated.

Having lasted for over twenty years, my garage door opener was getting creaky and cranky. The precision service tech said he could still piece it together, but he thought it was time to put it in its final resting place. I agreed since the sounds it was making when opening and closing had me fearful that it might fall on the roof of my car. The tech said the door itself was one of hurricane strength and still in good shape so no need to replace the door. He did a wonderful job, including resetting the remote in my car and golf cart. And then, he cleaned up all signs of his being here but sweeping up the garage floor. Wonderful job, thank you.
