Good afternoon.... Just wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how incredibly please I am with the garage door repair service I got yesterday (12/11/19) at my home at 239 Sundance Trail, Wimauma. The technicians were great, professional and just did a fantastic job. The garage door is old and on a barn and it had been out of commission for quite awhile, but they got back in good shape and even leveled it so that is closed without any gap at the bottom. I am very grateful and will highly recommend your company to anyone I know who has an issue in the future. Thanks so much, Ramon Martinez

Dear Precision people, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! Last Saturday evening I managed to do a bit of damage to our garage door. Well to tell the truth ... I was just trying to keep the door from smashing into the back of the car and then smashing my husbands head...I don't know exactly how I managed to do it...I'm really sorry...it all happened sooooo fast!!!! We called Precsision and the next morning Jordan came out and fixed it like it never happened...WOW your commercials on TV are TRUE!!! Jordan had everything on the van to fix the door and in about an hour it was like new. He replaced some parts and fixed things up...we live in a 55 plus community...we know about parts that could use replacing and others needing to be fixed up...wish it were that easy to do it on us Seniors!!! Thanks again! Freyda Cohen Sun City Center, FL

I am in my mother's home and she used your company for her garage door needs. So I called to have your company come to program new remote openers for me. Chad was wonderful and efficient and showed me the benefits of maintenance and so while he was here, he replaced wheels and lubricated hinges as well.

After going through a bad Tornado in the north Lakeland area, and having to deal with so many different contractors and companies, it was the greatest experience from a real professional. Thank you Carlos and thank you Pecision!

Used once before when we first moved in. As on that occasion, yesterday's service request was responded to quickly. When the technician arrived, he was friendly, listened to my explanation of the problem, sought out the resolution, offered & explained my options & fixed the problem with a new (much quieter) system. He removed all parts no longer needed - wouldn't even know he'd been there, explained how the new system worked & left us all with the feeling that he'd taken care of our issue as if it was his personal problem. Arnold Simpson deserves 5 stars plus! Thank you Precision!

Jimmy Johnson was our technician and he did a phenomenal job in setting up our garage door opener. Jimmy was very helpful, kind, friendly and most importantly professional. He helped us choose the right motor and drive for our door. We went with a belt drive, and it is whisper quiet! Thank you Jimmy, and thank you Precision Garage for helping our new home feel more like home.

A garage door issue never happens at an opportune time. Our spring broke on a Sunday. We placed the service call and our technician Chris was onsite within an hour. Chris was very thorough with his information. He was not pushy with his recommendations, he put all of the information before us and left us to make the decision. By the time he was finished, we felt like we had made a new friend. There were no extra charges for it being a Sunday. That in itself will make me a return customer. I can't say enough good about Precision They are amazing!
