Had any issue with a double garage door. Contacted Precision Door and scheduled an inspection. Received a four hour window and within the hour the technicians ( Bryan and Mike) inspected and diagnosed the problem. The issue was resolved within the hour !! both the technicians were very professional and polite !!

Garage Door repairs were made as recommended by Tech, Wesley. He was efficient and explained the reasons for each repair made; Spring, rollers and bearings. He also lubricated all working components on the door and works quietly and like a new door.

This was the worst service call I have encountered in nine years! Not only did the technician not know what he was talking about but he flat out lied. He could not diagnose the problem with my garage door so he proceeded to tell me the only sure solution to the problem was a $699.00 motor. No wonder they can afford so many commercials. Stay away from this company.

The technician was on time and very friendly. He was professional and introduced himself and listened patiently while I described the issue. He explained what he was looking at and what he was thinking as he trouble shot the door. He started with a simple fix to see if that would resolve the issue. Couldn't fix my door because don't have parts too outdated. Replacing door but work is backed up. Husband is disabled and use garage to get in and out with mobility scooter. Wish it could have been fixed sooner but will wait

John was my technician who came to the house today. luckily I got him again. he has been out to my house 3 previous times to help myself as well as my neighbor. he is a wonderfu,l polite and professional. Today John have no assistant named Josh H who was equally polite, wonderful and professional. I will always request Jon as well as Josh to do any repairs should I need any in the future. My only complaint is that Angie's list has been purchased by Home Advisors and I don't like the way they do business.

Excellent Service!! Called Saturday @8a, appt was 10-2p, they called in route and arrived @1030. Offered 3 levels of resolve, all fair and customary. Completed the work in about 45minutes. Carlos and Alajandro came out and were very friendly and informative. I was given 3 choices for springs based on longevity and price. I told them I wanted the same springs that were being replaced to be used. .243 gauge. What I recieved were one .243 and one .250. Carlos explained that the door was a bit under springed pryor, so he used the different guage springs to correct this. I was then told and shown that the 3 bearings were also worn and needed replacement. This is where I am a little aggravated. They charged $150 for this. I told Carlos this was too high a price, stating that if they cost $20 a piece, why is labor $90? He stated "So we charge $30 a piece to install them. You can only do this at the time of a spring change." If these were something I could do without loosening the springs, I would have declined replacement and done them myself. I feel after witnessing the bearing change, and seeing what these cost online, $150 for bearing replacement is excessive. However, overall, Carlos was very nice, and thorough in his service. I declined new rollers. I can replace these myself. This was another excessive priced service based on what these cost and what it takes to put them on. In the end, I would reccomend Precision, but would advise anyone needing door service to educate themselves beforehand, to better understand the items on a garage door and their cost. And if you can, shop around for specific pricing so you can get the best value.

Great service, will definitely use again. The service tech, John T, was polite and very knowledgeable. He inspected the door and identified a few issues I was not aware of; he pointed them out explained in detail what the problem was as well as which items were absolutely necessary and which might be optional, i.e. prevent future failures. I've used several other companies in the past but never felt confident the job was done right or thorough -I'm certain with John's work that this door is done right.

My service repair guy (Brian Harmon) arrived on time and did a great job. He did a quick check up on the condition of my garage door and determined that I had a broken spring and ball bearings were also damaged/worn. He quickly gave me a quote on all the diffrent types and cost of the associated parts. After agreeing with Brian, he installed the new spring and ball bearings in no time, and fine tuned everything to perfection. He did an awesome job and explained to me proper maintenance procedures to follow i.e. lubrication of all moving parts etc. I highly recommend Precision garage door to all who are looking for a good quality service. Good Job!
