The office staff was very helpful and seem to ask all of the right questions. Within one hour the service technician, Brent Howell, called and told me he was on the way. Upon his arrival he analyzed the situation and presented me with two options complete with prices. After I made my choice he completed the job in a very short time. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and effective. I would recommend Precision and Brent to all of my friends and relatives.

We were very satisfied with the service we received. Our garage door opener needed a new circuit board, but it was 21 years old, so we chose to replace it. The technician was very easy to understand and he was done in less than an hour. He even blew all of the leaves out of our garage as a bonus! I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

The Technician, John Pappas, did an outstanding job looking over the entire garage door assembly and pointed out other trouble spots, other than the broken spring. Jose was professional and very pleasant. He diagnosed the issue immediately and gave us several options without any pressure. Although indications showed that the circuit board was blown by an apparent power surge, we opted to replace the unit due to it's 10yr age. Installation was done quickly and efficiently; all remotes were programmed and he explained all the new functions clearly. Before leaving he lubricated all the hinges and track and took away to dispose the old chain. We are very satisfied customers and will recommend Precision Garage Door service to others.

Jeffery made two stops to my home for the same issue. The first time, he tried to make everything work with existing hardware. And it did for a while. However, a few weeks in, we started having the same issue. On his second trip, he replaced defective sensors, lowered them on the rail to where they should have been, and tested the system multiple times before wrapping up. This is some of the most thorough, friendly, and timely service we've experienced since moving to St. Petersburg last two months ago. I highly recommend this company for any garage door needs.
