James called ahead, arrived on time and was polite, professional and efficient. Diagnosed the problem (old broken opener) and provided several options for replacement he had on his truck. Asked him to check and service other garage door( hadn't been done in many years) and found a weak spring that was straining the opener. He replaced it, lubricated and adjusted it and the door works better than ever. James was patient as I asked questions and made decisions. He even helped program the tricky Homelink device in 2 vehicles, which I really appreciated. I definitely recommend Precision Door and make sure you ask for James,

He answered all my questions and showed me how to use the door opener, if electric was out how to open and shut the door and lock it if needed and when and how to spray the wheels. The new unit is guaranteed for 7 years and no charge for service calls. It runs so smoothly now and is really quiet.

My husband said to call Precision when our garage door wouldn't close. He new someone affiliated with the company. A live person with a heart beat answered the phone. That is #1 for me. She was very pleasant and knew her job. She scheduled our repair on the same day. The service guys were friendly and very knowledgeable on the product and did the repair in a reasonable time. Carlos explained the work needed, cost and time to repair, before he ever started. And kept his word. I highly recommend this company. There was also follow up by the owner with a thank you letter. All involved were very professional.

The process was quick and seamless. Brittney was able to schedule an appointment for the day after my call. They were able to come earlier than scheduled and called to see if that would work for me, and it did. Keith was very friendly and courteous. I asked to have the garage door seal replaced plus an overall check up on the door. He provided an estimate for the seal only, plus made recommendations to replace the rollers and cable. Given my budget, I elected to start with the seal replacement, but will follow up with him to complete the other items soon. Once he pulled the the seal, Keith noted extensive door corrosion and elected to use a seal that would help mitigate further wear. I couldn't be happier with the result and the service received

I am 100% satisfied with my door and everyone I spoke with or interacted with during the process. Seth did a through job. - he called before he came, he was on time, and the installation went smoothly. He explained how to care for my door and answered my questions. I really appreciated him offering to place the bulb in the light. Everything was left tidy with all the old debris being hauled away. Plus my dog Tucker really liked Rebecca and Seth.
