I had an excellent encounter with Precision Garage Door! They came the next day after I called, arrived within the specified time frame, and called 20 minutes before they arrived. The technician, Chad Donovan, was extremely friendly and professional, presented all options, and completed the repair quickly and even cleaned up afterward. Chad is a credit to the company! My husband said to call Precision when our garage door wouldn't close. He new someone affiliated with the company. A live person with a heart beat answered the phone. That is #1 for me. She was very pleasant and knew her job. She scheduled our repair on the same day. The service guys were friendly and very knowledgeable on the product and did the repair in a reasonable time. Carlos explained the work needed, cost and time to repair, before he ever started. And kept his word. I highly recommend this company. There was also follow up by the owner with a thank you letter. All involved were very professional.

The process was quick and seamless. Brittney was able to schedule an appointment for the day after my call. They were able to come earlier than scheduled and called to see if that would work for me, and it did. Keith was very friendly and courteous. I asked to have the garage door seal replaced plus an overall check up on the door. He provided an estimate for the seal only, plus made recommendations to replace the rollers and cable. Given my budget, I elected to start with the seal replacement, but will follow up with him to complete the other items soon. Once he pulled the the seal, Keith noted extensive door corrosion and elected to use a seal that would help mitigate further wear. I couldn't be happier with the result and the service received

Rebecca was so knowledgeable, professional, and friendly while helping me select my garage door. She was able to answer all my questions. I love the appearance of the door that I selected. I am 100% satisfied with my door and everyone I spoke with or interacted with during the process. Seth did a through job. - he called before he came, he was on time, and the installation went smoothly. He explained how to care for my door and answered my questions. I really appreciated him offering to place the bulb in the light. Everything was left tidy with all the old debris being hauled away. Plus my dog Tucker really liked Rebecca and Seth.

I had seen your ads on Fox 13. I liked the fact that you guys could be out any day of the week, even holidays. As it turns out, the spring on our garage door broke New Years Eve. I called around 9:00 that morning, and your tech, Bryan Stewart, was at our house by 12:30. He inspected the door, explained what needed fixing, and had it all repaired by 2:00. I was very satisfied with the service.

Very disappointed. You put in new opener in 2010 so I called you when spring broke. Tech came and presided to tell me rollers,cable was going and an assortment of other problems. Seemed it was more prevented maintance than things that needed replacement . Only wanted springs replaced. Quoted me $880 I said no then it was $780 I refused service because on line average cost was $250-300. I got estimate on line from you and all of a sudden springs are $440. That’s a$340 difference in price. You’ve lost my business and all my neighbors in Salem Village. Refused service.
