Precision is the only company we would call when we had a problem with our garage door. We have used them 3 times. Twice just happened to be on Sunday and they came quickly with no extra charge. Keith handled my service. This is the second time he's been to our house to do service within the last few years. He was excellent and explained everything in detail. He was very efficient and professional. He seemed to be able to balance the customer service duties well while also working to train a technician who was with him. Keith was a pleasure. Matt called ahead, arrived when promised and did an assessment of our 19 year old garage door. Based on his assessment we had all rollers and 2 bearings replaced. The door operates quietly and the work was completed as described. That is what I expected and that's what I received. Outstanding.
