I had great service again! I tried to give 5 star but only 4 could be selected. I called on a Sunday morning and had an appointment the same day in the afternoon. Andrew was an hour earlier than scheduled. I was not at the house and he was patient and waited for me to arrive. He was very professional and explained all the work he recommended. I appreciated how he saved me money by fixing my door and not just replacing it. He was fast and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend Precision to all my friends. The representative that came to my home was Carlos Morales. Carlos is "the most knowledgeable" person I have ever met when it comes to Garage Door openers. He was absolutely fabulous!
