Jordan was professional, yet warn and pleasant. He did not rush me to select the repair I decided upon. He gave me three repair choices with the price plan, answered my quesfions not pushing one plan over another. Gave me estimated times for completion and met them. Also, three methods of payment. Was not a difficult problem to solve.

My appreciation to Precision for helping me in a situation. The closing on the sale of my house was one day away, and the new keypad on the garage door that was installed the day before would not work.(not installed by Precision). I made a frantic call on a Wednesday evening and Thursday at noon they were here fixing the problem. The walk thru with the buyers went well and the closing took place. THANK YOU. Christian Walker, the service man, was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable.

The installer was an excellent and knowledgeable person about garage doors. It was late in the evening, plus a Sunday and he took his time to repair our garage door. We are grateful for such a repair person that took his time and really enjoyed his job. The rating is a 5.

I should have provided comments before this latest warranty repair so my comments are related to our experience with the door since purchase including the recent service call. We purchased a new hurricane rated garage door in September 2017. Since that time we have had a number of serious issues with the installation that required repair. The first issue involved the bottom metal sill plate with the weather strip literally falling off the bottom of the door. Thankfully it did not damage the cars in the garage. The second issue involved poor operation of the door which required more bolts added to the brackets that attach the individual panels and fasten the back hang with an anchor. The most recent issue involved the bracket that attaches the door to the track the lifts the door. 2 out of 4 bolts had fallen out, one bolt had sheared off so that the door was attached with one bolt. The technician replaced the bracket with a 21" reinforcement bracket which he mentioned should have been used at installation given the weight of the double door - a $100 upgrade that was not offered when we purchased the door. All of the repair work was done under warranty at no cost, but I have never had similar problems with garage doors at previous residences after many years use. The technician (Luke) that made the recent repair was excellent. On time, efficient and pleasant. He deserves 5 stars but our overall experience with Precision has been anything but 5 stars.

Starting with phone call to technician Joe showing up on schedule to Joe carefully explaining options and cost for broken garage door opener, the experience with Precision was professional, personable and excellent. Chris the technician called before he arrived to let me know when he would be there. He was on time,courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problems with my door and gave me a couple of options. He fixed the door and replaced broken springs and rollers.He replaced a bar going across door which stopped my door from bowing out. My door works beautifully and now quietly. The conversation started a little negative and shaky...demeanor of tech was not the most positive. But, after assessing the problem with the garage door everything change miraculously. My door was serviced 8-9 months previously and the tech did NOT make me aware of ALL the issues. So, to make it right the company turned on the warranty clause and fixed all past problems for "free" saving me over $1100 dollars, while fixing the new problem at a very fair price. I don't think or believe another garage company would do this. Kudo's to the management and the techs did an awesome job. I feel secure in knowing the work/service is under a 5 year warranty!!!

Rebecca was an awesome sales person. The technicians were on time and extremely professional. My only issue was the office staff. The technicians had to come back to install 1 small piece on my garage door, they said it would take maybe 10-15 minutes. When the piece came in the office called to set up the appointment and gave me a 4 hour window for the installation, that was ridiculous! Really??? I told her that was not acceptable then she gave me a 1 hour window and a 15-30 minute call ahead. That's what kept me from giving this company a 5!! Outside of her everything else was exceptional!

Justin was timely and very professional. He showed me the damaged spring and suggested new rollers and demonstrated the old wobbly, noisy and how they could effect the operator if not replaced. Justin arrived 45 minuted after my call and completed his work in one hour. Very impressive. I would recommend Precision to any one requiring garage door servicing.
