Rebecca was an awesome sales person. The technicians were on time and extremely professional. My only issue was the office staff. The technicians had to come back to install 1 small piece on my garage door, they said it would take maybe 10-15 minutes. When the piece came in the office called to set up the appointment and gave me a 4 hour window for the installation, that was ridiculous! Really??? I told her that was not acceptable then she gave me a 1 hour window and a 15-30 minute call ahead. That's what kept me from giving this company a 5!! Outside of her everything else was exceptional!

Justin was timely and very professional. He showed me the damaged spring and suggested new rollers and demonstrated the old wobbly, noisy and how they could effect the operator if not replaced. Justin arrived 45 minuted after my call and completed his work in one hour. Very impressive. I would recommend Precision to any one requiring garage door servicing.

The two technicians did a very nice job replacing a garage door motor that had gone bad. Both gentlemen were a good team working together to get the job done. They were very polite and worked continuously the entire time they were at my home. They also replaced the spring on the door which I knew was a good idea. That spring was probably from 1989. They also took pity on me and helped me program one car into the new single door opener and the other vehicle into an existing double garage door opener. For that I'm eternally grateful.

Very pleased with our experience with Precision. Came home from a trip, and pushed the button to open the garage, and no joy. Broke a spring Called Precision, was told someone would call back between 2 and 6pm. Bryan called at 2:15, saying he was 10 minutes away, and would call when he arrived. After surveying the issue, he came back with a list of things that should be done. We fixed the immediate problem, and have pricing on the remaining maintenance items. More than we wanted to spend (not saying they're more expensive than anyone else. We had a car stuck in the garage, and needed it out), but they showed up and fixed the issue in less than three hours after my initial call. Very straightforward, no bullshit, and didn't try to up-sell. I highly recommend them. We will be calling them back for the remaining maintenance items.
