I needed urgently to get my garage door fixed, and surely enough, it was serviced the same day. Doug Naporano was my technician and if I could rate him over 5 stars, I would gladly do it! He's very knowledgeable in was he needed to do, and did in a clean and timely manner. Although I was not expected to paid as much, after everything was done, I realized that it was worth every penny. I will highly recommend Doug to anyone who needs the service. He asked me various times if I had any question or concern and if I was satisfied, what a great guy! By the time he left, I felt we were already family. I commend Precision for having such a fantastic technician. I'm a very happy costumer!

Mr. Jim Johnson came on Sunday, April 10, 2016 and was very professional. He explained the problem we had with our Genie garage door opener and after much thought and discussion with no pressure from him, we decided to have him install a new belt drive Linear Opener. He installed the new opener, balanced the springs and saw to it that the system was perfectly balanced in operating order. In my opinion he went out of his way on details to do an outstanding job. Brent Howell was our technician. He called in advance of his arrival, was friendly, polite, & knowledgeable. He did a thorough evaluation of our 11 year old garage door informing us it was in good shape and did not try to sell us anything we didn't need. He replaced our garage door springs, cables and lubricated the door. We would highly recommend him personally or Precision Garage Door Service to anyone who would ask. Nice job Brent.

I used Precision about a year ago to install a new garage door at my home and it is beautiful. After, I had a few issues with the locks lining up and they came out free of charge and adjusted the next day. I was sold on their stellar customer service. I called them this time to fix a garage door at a rental....it was $435 for a new belt, new batteries, lube and new rollers for the door...at first, I thought it was a little high, but after meeting their rep and seeing condition, it needed to be done. Again, their attention to the customer is number one. They will treat you like a relative and tell you what they would do or could do.

We started with a tune-up and rollers deal from Angie's List, but ended up adding a whole bunch of things to correct an out-of-balance door and a number of other things that we had just lived with over the years that was going to cause our garage door opener to fail. The professionalism and friendliness of the technician was really more than expected.

As I told the operator and techie, our last name is Coffin....not Cosfin. You operator had told us it was a 2 to 4 time for Sat. I went home at 1:30 in case they came early. I called at 3:35 and they said the guy was about done and would call us right away. He never called and arrived at 4:35. He showed me on his calendar it was a 4 to 6 time. Sloppy work....who wants to have to cancel Sat evening plans because the door repair comes that late....I made the appt Fri AM...not happy. David Coffin
